I have been on hold for 2 hours scared to hang up!!!! I have epilepsy and need my medication!!!! Only have 2 pills left and it is still processing!!!! Come on I need my medicine!!!!

Pharmacy hours improperly listed. They close from 1-2 for lunch, which is something they should note in all of their hour listings.

Terrible service that doesn't care We had an appointment and came to CVS. They told us their internet was down so we had to come back later, didn't bother to call us and tell us ahead of time or give any courtesy. We waited about 45 min then called them which took 15 min of hold and they told us we could come back and the computers where working (again why they didn't call and inform their scheduled patients about this is beyond me) so we drive back to wait 30 min in the drive-thru (we where only the second car) then called them on hold for another 15 min which they didn't answer. We left the drive thru to go in and ask if we could just be seen inside because we had work. They told us no we had to go thru the drive thru and we canceled our "appointment" which clearly has a different definition to CVS. No one we talked to was rude by any means but there is a huge lack of general service from this company and we will never return to any CVS.

Horrible, horrible pharmacy. I have had few good dealings with these guys, and most all of them bad. They lose info, they suddenly have my profile "vanish", they lose insurance info CONSTANTLY, forcing them to call to verify I am insured....they actually got my meds mixed with someone elses. I had my doctor send over prescriptions SIX TIMES in one week and every time they claim no one had. The nurses assistant showed me the data receipt from the request being sent over. I would change companies but sadly this is the craptastic provider the state of Kansas benefit folks set up for our insurance (CVS Caremark). Doing all I can to let them know just how BAD these guys are. AND they are overpriced on EVERYTHING. They make Walgreens look like WalMart! DONT GO!!! If you can go somewhere else, do so! I'd even use the WalMart on Wannamaker before I used these guys.
