The customer service here is top notch! I purchased a 16ft utility trailer in the beginning of July. I had some issues with my trailer brakes self adjusting too tight so I brought the trailer in so they could fix it. Rusty happily took a look at it! They backed the adjustment screws on the brake drums off a bit and give it a quick test drive. It was good to go. A couple days later, the self adjusting system tightened up again. I called Rusty and let him know and he told me to bring it on by. I dropped the trailer off again and in less than 2 days it was ready to be picked up! They pulled off all 4 brake assemblies and replaced them with non self adjusting brake drums. Drove it home last night and all was well! D&L sales will continue to have my business for the sole fact of how they respond to their customers. Rusty is genuine and kind.

I was rebounding from a facebook disappointment where the dude quoted D&L Sales with something I knew not to be true. I just thought I'd go ask for myself and was cautiously optimistic that they could put me out of my facebook/craigslist misery and they did. I'm a 60 year old IT guy that ushered in the Internet but I wish I would have stopped by and talked to Randy first! I would have saved 50 hours online.

Unfriendly, seemed like it was a bother for him to show me what he had for trailers and give prices, will not recommend this place to no one. I went and bought a trailer elsewhere.

Called in on a Saturday morning to ask if they had a trailer that met my particular specs and a couple additional questions. All questions were answered professionally and they had what I was looking for in stock.When I got to the store I was greeted promptly and we immediately went outside to look at the trailers I had asked about. He had both a 10' and 12' option available and sitting side by side for me to view the difference. It was explained to me that the company that makes the trailers is family owned and operated, which was a big deal to me and one of the reasons I started my search here rather than the big box stores.Long story short; I bought the trailer, had it hooked up and was back on the road less than an hour after the initial phone call. The entire process was easy and as enjoyable as buying a utility trailer could be.I will be recommending to family and friends to do their business with D&L Trailers.
