Probably one of the best liquor stores in Topeka. Great selection, friendly staff, and good about bringing in new stuff on the regular with great deals on the regular. Outside of my close by neighborhood liquor store I've known forever it's probably my only other real go to in Topeka. You just gotta love these folks.

Devlin's carries organic wines (no synthetic ☆☆cides or fertilizers) which have reduced sulfites (preservatives) and histamines.
Federal law dictates the certification of organic wines under the Organic Certification Act of 1990.
Ask for Sommelier Dan at the Wanamaker location. He will walk you straight to them - red or white.
The Alma cheese selection is good on the north wall - if not happy, head to Murray's cheese island at Dillons.

I can usually find what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. Large selection of wine and whiskey. A fantastic selection of beer. Almost makes me wish I lived closer to Topeka.
