The Topeka fragrance department, specifically Chanel is the best of the three between KC and Topeka. Grace has exquisite knowledge of fragrance blends. I found her to be especially helpful and patient with my myriad questions. Buying Chanel is an experience that includes boxes, bows and Chanel samples. Grace ensures that happens. I will travel the 58 miles to restock as long as Grace is there.

Rude staff. I came in looking for shoes and the staff member didnāt say a word to me. When I asked to see a shoe he seemed to think I couldnāt afford it since I was in lounge wear. I said I could afford these shoes and tried them on. They didnāt fit and I still looked around but he didnāt assist me further. Seemed uninterested to be there.

When someone finally came over, she wasn't very happy, I still purchased even though I wasn't pleased with the service I received

I came to Dillard's after continuous bad experiences at Men's Warehouse. Simone in suit's and tuxedos was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She has a higher level fashion sense and knowledge of timeless classics. I ended up returning a suit and shoes to MW and bought a tux and boots at Topeka Dillards. Even with my wedding just weeks away they were able to accommodate me with alterations. Thank you Simone for siding with my wife and getting me into a tuxedo. You made my wedding day even more classy!

Went to get my daughter some shoes and dress for wedding. Was not greeted by clerk no one was there. Asked for help she asked me to wait. Only wanted to show me clearance section, then told me to shop at Payless.... For hey dudes. Rude for no reason oh because I'm black.
