Vivían went above and beyond to help me out today. I rolled in from out of town at 7:59:45pm, and they were closing up shop at the pharmacy. Vivian could’ve told me to kick rocks, but she stayed a little later than she had to just to help me out, and by doing so, she saved me an hour out of my day tomorrow, and my sick kiddo at home can start her medication tonight. Good work, Vivian. You rock.

Provider sends 2 prescriptions over on Wednesday. I go in to talk to someone in person because there is usually a delay in filling one due to insurance limitations. One is ready, which I had received a text stating that. The dosage had increased so I get a weird 3rd degree from the pharmacist. No, I am not having any issues with the medication and my provider is changing the dosage. Can you quit acting like I'm doing something shady here?
I ask the tech to check and see when I can call and have them fill the 2nd prescription. She looks at the computer and tells me that the hold up is because they don't have the full amount ordered. I reiterate that we've had to wait for insurance in the past. Is the only hold up just waiting on pills to come in? She says, yes. I think that is great. Leave happy. Go back on Saturday to check on the prescription and super snotty person at the drive thru informs me that I have to call them in two day because insurance won't let them fill it yet.
1. Why, when I specifically asked that question 3 days earlier was I not given that information?
2. Why does 99% of the people at this location have to act like doing their job is such an inconvenience? This isn't the first time I've had Super Snotty Employee interaction there. It isn't even the same person acting hatefully so I can't just chalk it up to a rude individual in general. Seriously thinking to change to a different pharmacy. Getting sick of these people.

Just frustrating bc I've been a lifetime customer, struggling w/no local support, so takes all I have to get there, to find out they closed early, then couldn't get into store:/ just upsetting.
** Drivethrough Closed when arrived before 8pm.
** Tried to enter east doors prior to 8pm (about 5-10 till), but they were locked w/young employee inside double doors looking at me as I turned and walked away.
Tried to call pharmacy to let them know i was coming in so they could prepare (bc it takes me longer), but upon calling, trying to get live person, it eventually said "the pharmacy is closed".
I don't think ppl realize how minor adjustments can truly effect a person's quality of life. Notification would be nice so I could be prepaid.
Typically, the pharmacists are great at this store and in working with you on getting what you need, and that's greatly appreciated!!

I just left Dillons Pharmacy and TARA is so efficient and helpful. She got right on my prescription when she saw me waiting for it. They better hold onto her! Better yet, give her a raise. Excellent workers are hard to find. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

If I could do zero I would honestly. They don’t give any fs about you or medication issues. I have a savings card that they are putting in wrong according to my provider. My provider asked the pharmacist to call their pharmacy line and the girl came back and fully refused to call the number that is literally for this purpose. The reason being “they’re not allowed” they saw me struggling and didn’t care. I’m switching completely and advocating for other pharmacies as dillons doesn’t care lmaooooo

I do not recommend this pharmacy. Every one here is rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Especially, the pharmacist, Michael. Who is unprofessional and racist. He purposely refused to transfer my prescription and spelled my name wrong. What pharmacist does that? Especially for a patient that needs life saving medication. I will be filing a complaint to corporate headquarters.
