I was having trouble with my card on the pump and the employee was quick to stop what he was doing and helped me figure it out. He walked out to the pump with me to troubleshoot and didn't say a word when I wanted to run it at the window instead. Thank you for being so kind!!

I believe the one of the employees at this fuel center could use some training on the basics of customer service. I went up not to demand anything or to blame anyone but simply to report an equipment malfunction at one of the pumps. The screen was extremely slow and rejected my card multiple times, despite me following all the instructions on the screen. I successfully completed my fueling at another pump, without any issues.
This was my umpteenth time using a Dillon’s pump, so I don’t know why the employee kept trying to argue with me and insist that what happened, didn’t happen. I know how to use a gas pump. I tried to take the time out of my day to report an issue and make sure other customers didn’t face the same issue, and I was met with a quarrelsome employee arguing with me about a gas pump at 7:30 PM after I had just gotten off work. Bad look.
