This is the second time at this location. I go through self checkout. Then leave and alarm goes off and shopping cart wheels lockup. I have paid for everything. Employees say it happens alot from self checkout. I've had it happen at another Dillons same scenario. That time security guard goes over my receipt. Very aggravating, I'm not stealing. Also checking out my own groceries. Fix your issue with the carts. Businesses that don't respond to the customer reviews. I don't have much faith in.

There’s lack of people doing there job in the deli or poor management either way someone is messing things up!!! nothing is ever ready by lunch or they’re constantly out of food and this has been for weeks now I’m in here almost daily this is ridiculous this is for the Fleming place

This store overly relies on self-check out for customers, which is inefficient during rush periods. Absolutely inefficient and frustrating experience. I’ve been coming to this store for years and have never been so disappointed with them.

The store felt so old but it had some great deals on items I like. The floral dept had great markdowns on arrangements. The lines were long, so I was pleased they opened one up.

The entrance to this store faces the morning sun and gets very hot. Hence the rodent trap with the rotting body of a rat or mouse makes a stench that will take your breath away. The rest of the store is also less than clean. Then one comes to the staff. There is a strange culture in this store that is very different from other Dillons in town. With a few exceptions most of them don't seem to connect satisfied customers with their paycheck. Every department makes their own rules about what they will and won't do for customers. They happily refuse to sell you something because 'rules are rules,' even when they don't make any sense. Go there if you want, but don't expect the staff to appreciate your business or try to encourage you to come back.
