I had order for Kaitlyn George special for my mom. I paid $5 extra for strawberries to be drizzled with white chocolate. They tie the box up so you can’t see they didn’t do ur order. CHECK YOUR BOXES GUYS OR UR WASTING MONEY. Never coming here again. I’m a kid money don’t grow on trees for me I worked hard to afford that the day of my moms bday and paid extra for swizzle.

This was the first time i order from this location. I had order the chocolate dipped strawberries for Mother's day. When my mom received the strawberries it looked like it was just thrown together and then delivered. The strawberries were all sorts of different sizes and the grapes were just thrown in there and the pineapple was just thrown in there. The item definitely didn't look the picture when I orded it. It was very pricy as well for the job that they did. The fruit was fresh and said it was delicious. I just didn't like the presentation and the way it lookedI will probably not be ordering again.

I ordered a gift box for my sisters birthday to be delivered today. When the fruits arrived they were not what was described on the website. I called the store and told them what had happened. They told me they would have a manager get in contact ASAP with a solution. I was contacted shortly after and was told they would make a new arrangement for her and have it delivered right away and she could keep the other box. Outstanding customer service and my sister loves her birthday surprise! Thank you Edible Arrangements in Topeka!

I ordered a week ahead of valentine’s day. Called valentine’s day morning and person i talked to says it will be delivered within the hour. Hours passed never did hear from my wife that she received something. Called before picking my wife from work before 4. They said it is out for delivery. Well my wife is already off from work and the surprise is ruined. Up to now i am still waiting for a call from the delivery driver so i can give him my home address. If i knew this is going to happened i could have just ordered and picked it up myself and delivery it to my wife or just bring it home with me after work. So much for free delivery and ordering ahead of time.

I ordered edible arrangements for the first time to give to a coworker. I placed my order a little after 5 online and got a confirmation email at 5:20 that stated my order would be ready for pick up at 9am so that I could get it on the way to work. I arrived shortly before 9, and waited for them to open. There was still no one there by 9am, no big deal, the young woman showed up a couple minutes after 9 which wasn’t a problem, I know things happen. She asked me if I had an order to pick up and when I said yes she said “really?” They had not made my order the night before. She asked me if I ordered it yesterday which I had. Then she said “maybe toy don’t know our new hours, we open at nine.” I had checked the hours online that night and it said they were open until 7 so I figured that would give them time as I ordered something small (even though it was still $59.99). They did have my order in the system but did not have it ready so she said she could make it in 30 minutes, sadly I did not have time to wait 30 minutes as I needed to get to work by then. She told me she’d throw something together in under 10 which is pretty disappointing considering how much it cost. I really think the young lady did the best she could with the time she had. The product I got was nothing like what I ordered it was almost all greenery and not even close to the same container. It would have been different if I had been notified that they didn’t have time the night before to make my order in the hour and a half before they closed, if they had other orders, etc a simple call, email or text to let me know mine wouldn’t be ready would have been fine. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again based on the experience.

The fruit smoothie was so delicious! The chocolate dipped fruit is like nothing you've ever tasted. But the customer service I received from David at the Gage store in Topeka, KS would bring me back again and again! What a great guy!!
