I had been going to Egos Salon for, at least, 5 years or more. I was always a little early for my apptmts., and don't recall ever missing an apptmt! I liked the work of Jaime, the stylist; but something never seemed right with the receptionist, who never seemed very friendly. I don't know if, in casual conversation, it was my political views, or my request to have this last perm redone - which was unusual, as I, normally, liked the perms - but, over time, I noticed, after calling, it could be several days to get an appt., as well as $37 just for just a "wet cut!" Then, twice, when obtaining an apptmt. from this same receptionist - once, on the phone, and then, in person - despite repeating the time, and getting verbal confirmation, both, times - I ended up entering the wrong time on my cell phone calendar, as compared to the subsequent card and text message! When challenged, the receptionist got very rude, and acted like I had to be the one at fault! He kept saying, "Well do you want the time or not! Well, if you don't like it, you can just set your times up with Jaime, herself!" I ended up telling Jaime I liked her work, but I don't make a mistake on time for an apptmt., twice - especially, when making it in person - and I didn't appreciate the way the receptionist spoke to me! I've, now, left for another salon.

I've seen Mark for my cuts and colors for years and I've loved everything he has ever done! My mom regularly jokes that if she wins the lottery she will go daily because of how much volume he is able to give her hair

Great friendly service. Always take into account my needs and wants and make sure I’m happy before I leave. Very small salon where everyone knows your name. Taking all the necessary precautions for Covid safety of their customers and still require masks to be worn as of this posting. I would recommend them to everyone!
