Great service on the shipment I received at home. I called to schedule delivery and was scheduled the following day. The driver arrived promptly and went an extra step in positioning the pallet with the item in my garage to avoid a coming rain shower. I couldn't be happier with the service I got from both contacts with Estes and would choose them for any work I required.

It took two weeks to receive my delivery that was only supposed to take one. The box had obviously been impaled by a fork lift. And of course, the contents were damaged.

Absolutely terrible service. Do not use this company if you are shipping anything valuable or expect the delivery person to read the merchant's instructions or just use common sense. Merchant had to refund my entire shipping fee which was several hundred dollars. Left the item unsecured on a public easement, not even on my property.

I had an excellent delivery service from the Estes team. They were upfront about issues that occurred prior to me receiving my order, gave me instructions on how to report any issues as necessary (hard to tell what might happen with 3 pallets of tile), and provided clear communication regarding the delivery date and time.

We received a text message on Friday and Monday from Estes indicating that the item from Home Depot was to be delivered between 1 and 5 pm. They were no shows twice and there was no communication. We were present and home with our phones. We heard nothing and called two days later. Dispatch told us that the driver could not find the address and uses a phone that does not work in this area. Dispatch said we would not get our item for another week. Dispatch recommended that we could drive ourselves 2.5 hours each way to pick up the item! When we called Home Depot to know about the delay, the dispatcher told Home Depot another story. The dispatcher told Home Depot a different story to save face - that no one was home to accept the delivery. Still waiting for our item.Additionally, you will note that you may get a response from “Estes Owner” to send your complaint to an email address. This appears to be a bot designed to auto respond to negative reviews. There is no answer from any emails sent to these email addresses.

Very poor service!Despite a text message and a phone call from the dispatch facility letting us know delivery would be on a particular day, the shipment arrived one day early. Since we were not expecting the delivery for another day, we were not present at the time of delivery to inspect the item. Fortunately the glass item inside was still in tact despite considerable damage to the packaging which was clearly marked as fragile / glass. The shipping documents were even stuffed into one of the gouges in the box.

No communication- I had to call every time to find out where my item was. No communication as to how or when the delivery would occur. Left my item 4 houses down from my home in the rain tied to a pallet! Would avoid if I could from ever using again!

They should get 0 stars for their poor customer service and they do not live up.to their motto. We set the pick up time at 5pm but they decided to cancel the pick up as it does not suit their schedule despite the pick up time was agreed by the company's sales representative. We called them but we could not get hold of anyone despite being on hold for 35 minutes. Unprofessional and UNRELIABLE!
