The Sales Manager at Fastsigns - Chad Sidesinger, was a real pleasure to work with. He was thorough, consciences and competent. We requested assistance with a signage installation and the work was completed on schedule and done correctly the first time. The experience was not just transactional but was also relational in that Chad was very personable and friendly and I believe stands out as a great example of what the Franchisor - Fastsigns aims for...great service from its Franchisees at a very reasonable price!

I bought a neon sign off of eBay that quit working. I took it to Fast signs for repair. They replaced the backboard and stiffened up the neon. Still wasn’t working consistently. So they kept it longer to replace power unit, switch & cable and basically rebuild it. Works perfectly now! I’m very pleased with the final product!

These are THE go-to people for all of your signage needs! Great communication and attention to detail. Chad was awesome to work with and carefully explained and showed me the material options I had, handling the order without a single hiccup. Brenden was pleasant to work with and installed the signs destined for the (7) posts, carefully placing the screws in the most inconspicuous location and also advised me the best way to mount the adhesive signage. And BTW–the colors were spot on. This obviously wasn't a large corporate project, but it was treated by Fast Signs as it were. (It) turned out exactly as I envisioned, which is all you can ever ask for! Thanks Fast Signs!
