If I could leave a zero I would. Rude and lazy staff. Not the mention unhelpful, and apparently not well trained as I was told I could not be helped only to call customer service and be told that yes I could and was in the correct place even tho the staff refused to assist me. Go elsewhere!!

Lady was just trying to get me out of the place as fast as she could I had two returns on ups one fed ex she didnât even look at the papers and told me no we donât do that bye . I went to the car and looked one was ups one was fedex had she given me time of day I could have done it inside. Just bad service

The clerks were very nice. The first helped me select the right box to ship my item in which turned out to be smaller than I had guessed which of course cost less. Then she told me she had to charge me for the tape to seal it, but then remembered she had roll another patron left behind and let me use that at no charge. When I was done taping my package, another clerk came to ring me up and he was also very nice.

Individual working the customer desk was surprisingly rude and unhelpful. This is a âship centerâ so I was under the impression they would help me ship a package, but they told me to go online to get my shipment set up. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off an Under Armour return at this location. I didn't get a receipt. The package was delivered to Under Armour with only 1 of 8 items in the box. UA said the package weighed a pound at arrival. It should have weighed at least 6 pounds. I'm out of $460 and will be filing a police report!!!
