Multiple negative experiences with drivers lying about packages being undeliverable due to my business being closed. Every time this has happened, my staff and I have been at the shop during the time when the driver said we were closed. The store was open. They never leave a call tag. Any time I learn that a shipper is opting to use FedEx, I dread the interaction because I have yet to have a positive experience. I call to ask after my package, but nothing is ever done.

A couple months ago had a shipment from Walmart canceled cause they never attempted to deliver it 3 days in a row. Now they have an important shipment of mineand, guess what "operational delay, no attempt made". I hate fedex! They say it'll be tried again, but it won't!

We just received an email update stating that the driver attempted delivery of a package. The driver stated that our business was closed. We have been here since 7 am waiting on the delivery of that package. There are parts in that package that are needed on a job that is scheduled for this afternoon. Your driver never showed up at our location and never attempted a delivery to us.

The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I couldn't get what I wanted done.I wasn't paying attention to the address. It's to a PO BOX.Lesson learned

Dudes have the easiest job in the world and still it's like pulling teeth trying to ship certain packages. If you want to make a pick up, they can barley be bothered to find your package and will probably send you home empty handed. They've also stopped printing shipping labels, as if they weren't useless enough already. Don't see why you guys bother to stay open.

Fed Ex truck drives into my yard and causes damage. Never knocks. Leaves packages in rain instead of leaving on front porch.

BEWARE: DON'T WORK HERE. The employees are no better than convicts and they don't pay more than most fast food. Cameras in trucks watch you 24/7. Also urinalysis once a month.

Long story short, I am on day four of waiting for my package. I received three identical packages from the same supplier within one week earlier with no problem. This time, everyday I received an update saying it was out for delivery and I would receive it by 6pm. Early this afternoon I called a rep and he assured me that it was on the delivery truck and would be delivered today. Guess what, it wasn't delivered. I will pay extra to use any other carrier and hope to never use FedEx again.

I dropped off a package on February 28th at this locations drop box and the company I was returning to indicated the return label was never used. Upon speaking to a store employee I was told their drop box had been out of use for multiple months so I couldn't have used it. He then proceeded to tell me that my package must have been stolen out of their drop box that had not been in service for months which is super contradictory. Upon leaving I noticed the drop box is now inaccessible and taped shut which it was not upon returning the package as it would have been obvious it was not to be used. If you're company is so inadequate at doing the one service they provide, admit that but don't lie about it.

I would like to compliment my fed ex driver which I assume came from the topeka location all the way to wamego 2 times now (for whatever reason considering we have a fed ex in Manhattan which is much closer) to bring me my package. Yesterday it didn't get delivered most likely because our gate was shut with a no trespassing sign and I had not given delivery instructions in time so that was understandable and my mistake. I called and gave delivery instructions yesterday afternoon that they could leave my package at the end of my driveway by the mailbox if gate was shut again, not thinking it would be snowing today. Well thank goodness my delivery driver had a brain and a heart because they were kind enough to double bag my package in FedEx plastic bags to ensure the original package didn't get damaged or wet and that you couldn't see what the contents were inside of the bag for people driving by to steal. Thank you for your services you guys really deserve as much praise as you can get working through the pandemic yet still putting the customers first and going above and beyond. Even just the little things such as an extra plastic bag.
