Store manager seemed annoyed and confused when I asked for printer paper. Since its behind the counter they have to get it. She brought back 2 packs of the 500 count. When I clarified that I would like to buy to boxes of those she said they couldn't do that. Even though one of their younger, very helpful employees did so for me no more then a month ago. They just scanned one reem of 500, and multiplied it by the number that fits in a box. Crazy concept I know. Weird for an office supply store to not want to sell paper? Would give 0 stars if that was possible.

I'm to the end of my rope when it comes to reporting how my deliveries have been to my house. I have explicitly explained how I want my packages (in my FedEx account) to be placed once drivers are on my property. However, they insist on leaving the packages by the front door for all to see. This isn't smart especially when it's a holiday, and package poachers are out. Can't you FedEx drivers get it together and follow the instructions given to you? If you can't read, then maybe you shouldn't be driving. I dare you to prove me wrong!

I stopped in today to get estimate sheets printed because officemax print center has been closed the last couple days. I can't say enough good things about Tracey she was just amazing!! She has awesome customer service and will be using this location for future needs.

Package is over a week late, they PROMISED I’d get it Friday and didn’t even put it on a truck and LIED to me when I called about it that morning, then PROMISED I’d get it Saturday and I still didn’t get it!!!!!!!!!!

Went to FedEx to mail a large, heavy, different shaped box and was greeted in a friendly manner by a lady behind the counter named Susan. She was very polite and helpful, and quickly helped us get our package on its way. It was a positive experience and we were pleased with how it all went. Thanks for the great service!

*Update the manager came through and totally made it happen!!!If you are a small business that does shipping... This place will not be able to help you print shipping labels from attachment. They do have a dymo and refuse to print labels. Because of random ridiculous reasons. Basically they are just stuck in the 90s... Good luck y'all
