Packages delayed over and over. Packages delivered to the neighbors over and over. If I ship Im using UPS.

Every step of FedEx is terrible. Everyday it’s the same thing. Your package is out for delivery. It will be delivered by 8:00. The package never shows and gets changed to the next day. Then you start the same process over again the next day.
