Every step of FedEx is terrible. Everyday it’s the same thing. Your package is out for delivery. It will be delivered by 8:00. The package never shows and gets changed to the next day. Then you start the same process over again the next day.

Amazon, Walmart, and everyone else seems to do there delivery jobs just find but im always having issues with this fed ex. This location doesn't even attempt to deliver at my apartment bc it's a locked facility. They see the signs and automatically assume the door is locked when I specifically left the door unlocked for them to deliver my package today. I know they didnt even try bc they took a picture of the apartment complex from the van and kept going.

If there were zero stars, that’s what I would give!!! Why is it so hard to do your job and deliver packages when they’re at your facility!? Was suppose to be delivered Friday, then Saturday, then Monday and now tomorrow. Good thing most businesses don’t operate this way. Terrible!

I ordered from chewy and 3 weeks so far an i call fedx # just to speak to a woman in Asia to fill a ticket on my order that says out for delivery the delayed, worst delivery company we have. Says pkg is in Topeka for 3 weeks. Now they sent me message says weather delay, sorry roads are clear where I live. Get with the program. Chewy has been contacted an had reshipped free of charge just to have another order to say shipped last week an now weather delay in Topeka ks. Cant even call fedx ground in Topeka ks, # is invalid, must changed # for all the calls an compliant received. Crappy service, I need my cat an dog food now.

By far the WORST FedEx location I've ever had to deal with. Packages are always delayed or Out For delivery and then not delivered. It's constant. It hasn't been a short term issues, its happened the whole time we've lived at our current address and this has been our hub. It's not the drivers fault, its the locations fault. Our driver has always come back if he missed our delivery and he let's us know if it never made it on his truck which has been more common than anything. They forget to load it then delay it for several days. This time I have a package scheduled to be delivered last Saturday and here we are Monday with no delivery date available but it's at the location. 2 more scheduled for delivery today but not on the truck for delivery, yet they are here in Topeka. Worst run and worst manages location, ever.

Still waiting on my order package. Live in Alma. 30 miles shows Topeka has had it for over 10 days & will not deliver. I’m assuming using the weather as an excuse. Road have been cleaned over a week ago. Pathetic delivery.
Neighbors packages when do come they drop off along the side of their drive along the road.
Tried calling Fed ex, couldn’t talk with a human, said my vendor picked economy ship. Could not give anymore information.

Still waiting on my package. Roads are cleared and I do not live in a rural area… this is the fourth time my packages delivery date has been pushed back. Absolutely unacceptable at this point

FedEx has now misdelivered 4 out of 4 packages in the past month and there is no sign of finding my lost items. I am never able to get dispatch to reroute the drivers back to where they incorrectly delivered our packages.
The pictures taken by the drivers have shown the top of a box zoomed in to exclude identification of any kind, a snow covered driveway when there was no snow at my house, and houses that are clearly not mine or on the road I live on.
To add insult to injury, I have gotten nowhere filing cases as they recommend and there is no local person to talk to. Customer service is often hard to understand and while nice, they offer no real solutions. The reps and automated system always end up putting the responsibility back on the shipper when Fedex is blatantly refusing to take responsibility for their incompetence.
I will no longer be ordering anything online from Yankee Candle, Chewy, Francescas, Sams Club, or anyone else that uses FedEx as long as they continue to utilize this company. I cannot imagine how much money these companies continue to waste resending packages that never arrive at their intended recipients.

Our business is a secured building in downtown Topeka, KS. Both our staff entrance & front door state to call for entry which they refuse to do because they have to use their personal cell phones. This franchise does not provide their drivers with a work phone. With that knowledge, we updated our account delivery instructions stating to go to the front to ring the doorbell. After several missed delivery attempts for different deliveries, we watched our security footage to see that their driver pulls to the back entrance where there's no doorbell, will sometimes get out to put a door tag on our back door, but usually just sits there for a couple of moments before driving off. They do not attempt to go to the front to ring the doorbell as instructed in our account notes. This has been an on-going issue for MONTHS. At this point it's down right unprofessional on FedEx's end that they continue to allow their driver(s) to get away with that behavior.

I was expecting my couch delivery, two days after I sprained my ankle well I live in an apartment with a flight of stairs, My grandson was not in town help me get it in the house, the handsome young man I think he said his name was Jaron offered to bring it up for me as he noticed my ankle was wrapped. This is excellent customer service if you ask me you don’t find many like hum around these days. So thank you to the FedEx delivery man Jaron I appreciate your help, hope he is my driver from here on out.
