I had given a 5 star as the service was fast and friendly, but, a day later my radiator leaked again. Upon further inspection, it was the radiator cap that was bad. Shouldn’t that have been checked during the courtesy check? We did pay for a new radiator, now I’m wondering if it was just the cap all along… the radiator was left loose also.

Knowledgeable and personable staff. Tim was able to help me get my car in working condition and ready for a road trip. There were some unforeseen issues that came up and he let me know exactly what parts to purchase in order to remedy it for a final alignment. Definitely coming back for all my tire and alignment needs in the future.

I called to get a quote for two high end tires. After getting a Roofing nail in my tire in my only 52,000 miles vehicle. An employee took my info, said he'd return my call with prices for me. He failed to call and it is one week later. He found on the Firestone Location at SW 37th & Topeka Blvd computer that I've previously purchased several tires there over two decades, I was a customer. This was a fail on Firestone's part. I have now called Briggs Dodge and have purchased 2 tires there instead.

Does The Complete Bare Minimum… Ask for 4 Tires and Inspection, didn’t get the inspection one of the tire had a nail in it not even a mile later. It’s shaking like crazy as if the tires wasn’t balanced properly when ask about it I was told “the tires are cheap” also got a alignment and feels like it gonna pull you off the road, mind you it was not like that when I brought it in and if it was that would have been brought up in the “inspection” I initially ask for. Fast forward I was told to bring in following Friday which I work 7a-6p I and called ask to bring in and was told a later date which is beyond my availability. To make a Long Story Short, They FIX what they want to FIX.

***UPDATE***I did call Firestone and spoke to the manager Tim and he was extremely helpful with making this situation better. I was reimbursed for what the repair cost me and also compensated for my time spent resolving this issue. I understand people are human and mistakes are made but the store manager Tim absolutely did an excellent job at turning this situation around and Firestone should definitely hang onto him. I was very upset and Tim handled this situation like a true manager and made me feel at ease immediately. Thank you for resolving this situation fast and in a hurry Firestone and Tim!!!! My apologies for not giving you the opportunity to make this better before ranting about the situation.
Please for your own well being and the safety of your car please avoid this Firestone!!! I went to this shop and got new brakes, replaced my ball joint, and new tires. After spending over $1500 and picking up my car it was squealing as I was driving and took my car back immediately and they claimed to fix this, so I took my car again. Well come to find out the constant squealing was fixed but now there was a creaking from the brakes every time it came to a stop. So trip number two back to Firestone 😮💨 and after they looked at it told me they heard nothing. So I picked my car back up and still hear the noise, so I called them back and they said someone can ride with me to listen for creaking sound I’m hearing. What do you know the Firestone employee riding with me heard it too, so enter trip three to Firestone. So now after trip three they tell me the sound coming from my BRAKES is a rubber seal on my wheel bearing not my brakes. I pick my car up from Firestone with no resolution to my breaks making this ear piercing sound every single time I break and I could not live with this sound, so I went to Ace Steering and Brake Service and they found Firestone had bent some brake hardware that was causing the horrible sound when I was braking. Thanks to Ace my brakes no longer make any horrible noise. I did however have to pay Ace to fix what Firestone had damaged so I was out of money for Firestones incompetence and lack of courtesy to fix their own damages they had made bending my brake hardware and they had the audacity to act as if they could not hear the horrible noise coming from my brakes to avoid fixing an issue they caused. Terrible service with very incompetent management. Avoid this Firestone and save yourself money and problems.

Mike was very helpful. I originally was going to get my vehicle fixed at the dealership but after they gave me an insane quote for work being done I decided to give Mike a call at Firestone to see what the difference would be. I was shocked to see how much more the dealership wanted to charge me and how quickly Mike could get me in and the job done! Needless to say I will be bringing my business to Firestone from now on. Thanks again Mike and hope this feedback gets back to you! Job well done sir, very happy costumer over here!

Mike the service guy told me my front brakes would be $478 OUT THE DOOR. That to me means parts, labor, inspect fee, other charges, tax. out the door means total price. But when I went to pick up my vehicle it was 599$ That was ridiculous!!! I told mike about it and said that is not fair or right I would not have approved brakes for $599 all he said was sorry. Power was out at firestone the day after I picked up my vehicle and the next day as well then it was the w/e by that time they wouldn't do anything. I WANT MY $123 BACK PLEASE. I got ripped off and I am telling everyone I know.Julie

Firestone got me in and out for an oil change, even with an appointment I expected it to be much longer. I appreciate it, as I had a busy day with several appointments.

EZ to schedule appointment online. The store manager knows me and greeted me warmly. Service was performed faster than expected. Cost was within what I expected. Keep up the good work at this location!
