I was a fan of NFM until I relocated back here a couple of years ago, bought a "highly recommended set" from them, only to realize it's just like my ex.. a flabby saggy chunk of garbage. Now that I have had the time to look at other options I discovered this amazing place that will custom build my set with a protection plan that guarantees a replacement. So I am definitely considering this purchase. Since my ex's current wifey likes to stalk my SM (legally she can't but she still does it) I will not post the style here.

I have shopped here for years and the selection is the best in Kansas. The staff that work there are so helpful. Every room of my home is from FMOK!

I can not recommend purchasing the protection plan, each corner of our recliner has started to protrude through leather. Montage service center sent a representative to check problem, representive took pictures & sent to home office. Yesterday we were notified that the company would not accept our claim. Can not recommend

I spent over $4,000 dollars on sectional that we carefully picked out with the salesman due to our house hold being tall people. My husband is a disabled veteran who has trouble getting up or sitting down, so we spent good money on a steel framed sectional and purchase insurance. We contacted the store in mid-September notifying that the sectional was falling apart. I never received phone calls back and had to continue following up to get anywhere. Finally in October, I was able to describe the defects. I was told they would reach out to the sales rep and he would coordinate a plan to have it repaired. They reached out a good while later and said the parts are ordered and they would reach out to schedule a time to repair. It’s mid-November and my sectional is getting worse. I have literally had to harass the store to contact me with answers. They have continued to pacify me by saying they will call directly for an answer and call me back. Again, I never get calls and have to follow up. I went into the store last Friday to speak to a manager, she stated they emailed a few days prior and hadn’t heard anything. She stated she would have someone call today and get back to me. I was never called. I called the next day to say I wasn’t contacted and requested the manager call me on Monday. Never was called. Followed up yesterday (Friday) and said I need a manager to call me. The service rep stated they sent a text the Tuesday following my in-store visit and emailed the next day. No calls made. She stated the manager would call me back before close, I received a text saying they would call to see what’s happening and meet with the service department for options. My late father’s money had been completed disrespected. I want a new piece of furniture, because this is getting worse by the day.

Scott and the sale was fantastic but we had a scheduled delivery time that we paid $200 for and now they can't make it because to many people called in, now we have to leave work early for it to be scheduled. This happened the last time we bought furniture here too.

Our love seat had broken a bar. We stopped by and found out it was still under warranty. They came out to see what was broken and ordered the replacement part. A few weeks later they came out and repaired it. We are extremely happy that we had purchased the extended warranty, and it was repaired with no problems. Definitely will continue to purchase from them.

Customer service was poor in mattress area, then got better as far as simple customer service skills and demeanor. (I guess it depends if they had a bad day or need to go smoke...smh). She walked past us after helping another customer and looked straight at us then turned and kept walking. After saying something she turned around and asked if we needed help.Unfortunately, she couldn't answer specific questions regarding their mattress sales, deals, specifics of mattresses in stock on the floor, had no suggestions except 1, and even then couldn't tell us the specifics(pros/cons/ differences). We parted ways as it was clear she didn't care to be helping us, and felt more like we were a burden to her.No one was available to pull out a mattress I was interested in purchasing (which was being discontinued.. last one left). I was willing to do it, but they said no sorry, I'd have to come back the next day (despite it being in the afternoon).Having done research for 12+months, I knew what I was looking for, but even then she didn't have any straight answers for the info I inquired about. Nor did she go yet to find anyone to help(knowing my intentions were to purchase that day). She literally couldn't tell me differences, specific thickness of foam, coils, etc, which weren't listed in a much detail as most bed details at other stores.It soured us, but we kept looking until we narrowed down just to have to go back if I wanted to purchase what I was interested in(I believe others were busy, or manager was gone, idk).Unfortunately a kind young man from another department came over, who's demeanor was great! He had way more knowledge than previous sales person, but didn't work in that department, so couldn't answer specifics of a deal they were running, or if a need he said was being discontinued and I wanted to look at to purchase depending on price... which was unknown.He was nice, but couldn't get us the answers we needed either. At least he showed effort and you could tell he was invested in their company, despite being unable to get the attention of the only person/man who could answer the questions we had.Not impressed.Not knowledgeable of their own products, details, or specific sales/coupons/details.Nothing special above higher quality mattress shops. Process were much higher than others running Labor Day sales.They don't carry Beautyrest brands, just fyi.Disappointed, wanted to purchase locally, and now Jane missed all the other sales I was looking at as well.Don't plan to support that store despite their selection and my need for new furnishings.

Jacoby was really personable, and provided great service to us as we were walking around. We decided to purchase some furniture during a great sale. Very happy with customer service, and the prices.Kids trikes and being greeted with cookies and tea is a great opening to the trip.

They treat their customers poorly. If you have a return and have to wait any amount of time to get your refund they will drag this out as long as they can. There are far better places to get furniture than in Topeka Kansas. Shop around and research who owns the company. You'll even find better deals online.

This is about the only place in TOPEKA to get QUALITY furniture. That being said.. THE store is beautiful inside and the STAFF are very friendly and helpful.. IT'S a little pricey but you get what you pay for.. IF YOUR looking for QUALITY recommend going here..

If they have to order it can take up to a month. If you need it right away the first delivery will be a week. Service by is lacking.

When I came in with my husband John, we were greeted by Dan in a most professional way. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the merchandise and most patient with us. He helped us to find samples of fabric we liked to take home and see how they would work. We were purchasing two sofas and two recliners but wanted to test the look in our house. When I came back to the store, Dan was on his lunch break so I was helped by a woman along with Dakota who were likewise most helpful. John and I were totally satisfied with all who helped us! Our shopping experience could not have been better! PS the cookies are great!!!I would recommend the Furniture Mall of Kansas to anyone.
