Gage Park is a great place to take the family and a real gem for the whole community. It is a super fun and kid-friendly park with plenty of things for kids to play on, including clean, safe, and fun playgrounds. Visitors can enjoy a cute little train to ride on and a carousel as well, with affordable rides. The park features beautiful and peaceful lakes with paved walking paths, well-maintained picnic areas and shelters perfect for gatherings, and a fenced dog park that is roomy and clean. The small local zoo nearby is a delightful surprise with animals that appear well-cared-for, and the lovely Rose Garden adds to the scenery. With a public pool and the zoo right next door, it can easily be a one-stop-shop for an all-day outing. The grounds and restrooms are kept tidy, there is plenty of parking and accessibility, and the atmosphere is safe and welcoming for a full day of outdoor fun.

Great place to take our 3 year old grandson and family. The train ride was worth the wait.
