Just went in to buy a couple of Apple Watches for gifts. Not a single person approached me and I was unable to buy the products. Will never return to this location, and I will be in fact going to Target.

I went in with the intentions on buying a bigger television. As I was in the television section, numerous staff walked by me, didn't even acknowledge I was there. Didn't ask if I was finding everything ok, nothing. As we were walking out, the three people standing by the door didn't ask if we found everything we were looking for. Which was odd. So.. I will go elsewhere for a television.

They're alright at the Topeka store. You have to call and set an appointment. Will not diagnose or pull your computer specs up on the phone to give you a price break down of what you're asking for on the phone. Wont call and tell you when they plan to start working on your laptop. It cost me $335 for them to add 60 GBs of RAM.**And wont reach out to you by phone of additional things you also might want to add**( This is sad from a business perspective) until you pick your laptop up.Wont give you a contact number for the Geek Squad attendees working on your laptop. They make you visit the store and walk-up to them to ask what the status of your laptop is..etc. But then the store won't help you, unless you have an appointment.All in all. Its fine. Id probably go to a computer store next time though and pay a little extra for better customer service.FYI: Went to a local computer guy in Topeka to update my disc space soon after this. He charged me $190 and added 500GB. Said I paid a ridiculous amount for the RAM.

I spent my ENTIRE FIRST PAYCHECK....(separate topic to rate later) on this beautiful set that I spent countless hours looking for between Home Depot who ignored me or Lowe's who was way overpriced. Now this happens!!!!! Oh and you CANNOT CALL THE STORE TO TALK TO ANYONE..... YOU GET SOMEONE OVERSEAS OR WAREHOUSE GIRL THAT DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. Great.... nice.... but I know personally if I am in Germany I am speaking German!!! Fact!I am giving this three stars because the gentleman who are installing this are actually going to Lowe's to pick up a longer cord in order to put fix this issue.

Want your phone fixed/replaced best come to this place best phone service i had experience was great I had a cracked camera on phone instead repair they gave me a brand new iPhone of the same exact I had for 100 dollars cause I had apple care I’m definitely coming back here

I bought 2 tv's and 1 wall mount. We were treated rudely by the door person who was to help load. He told us he would not load tv's because they have to be standing up or warranty would be void. My daughter who was with me who works at FedEx told him that tvs come thought there all the time laying down. He was very rude and acted like a dick. My question is if this is true how do people get tvs home because they're very few cars or trucked that a tv will fit in. I really didn't appreciate being talked down to after I just spent over $1200 in the store with rude people.

It's okay. If you are smart enough and just hit a road block, I'd rather think the worse than taking it there. The wait time, and help was okay, unsure of an amd 5800x chip had integrated graphics or not. I can't recommend.

Best Buy can often be a crazy place in the frenzy of the Christmas shopping season. Today, I was a man on a mission, needing two specific small items, an IPad accessory and a screen cleaner. Each were in the areas where you would expect them, in stock, and reasonably priced. The customer service entering the store, and checking out was polite and efficient. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Dropped off my (work) laptop on the morning of Nov. 18th (a Thurs.) because it wouldn't update and was running slow. The following Sunday they called me and said all of their attempts to update the computer had failed, so they were going to have to wipe it and uninstall, then reinstall, the operating system. They offered a backup service which raised my bill to around $200. I declined the back up service because I use Google Drive for work and don't really have anything to lose on that computer. Between them calling me on Sunday and me going in on Monday morning, I had to confirm with my boss what he wanted to do since it is a company computer. Promptly Monday morning I went in and let them know I didn't need the backup service but wanted to do the uninstall and reinstall of the operating system. They refunded me the $40 they had charged to update the computer (since they failed) and charged me $100 for the other service. At this point everything was fine. I was told it should only take a few hours to finish and that there were multiple agents coming in, so it should be done by the next day, Tuesday. It was not. On Wednesday I called and was told it was still updating on the new operating system and it was just taking longer than expected. It is now Monday, Nov. 29th, & I have not heard from them or gotten any emails. I just spent 45 mins. on the phone with 2 people at their call center (not anywhere near topeka, ks) & neither of them could tell me what was going on. One of them offered me an appointment but the next available is 30 hours from now. Luckily this happened over the holiday, so I didn't miss out on as much work as I would have otherwise. But they have now had the laptop for 11 days and I have no idea why. Not to mention it is nearly impossible to reach a human being at the store you are trying to reach when you call. Even to talk to anyone you are first on hold for a minimum 10 mins. Very frustrating to say the least, I won't be using them again. UPDATE: I went to the store in person. James was very friendly and explained the computer was unresponsive and we would need either a new hard drive or completely new computer. He refunded my money as well. Only thing I would have liked to be different is I wish someone would have called me to update me on the situation... I shouldn't have had to go there in person and inquire about it like that.
