I have been an avid goodwill shopper for YEARS. I came in yesterday for the first time in months and was extremely disappointed with how much they upped the prices on EVERYTHING. And I mean EVERYTHING. For being a thrift store why is it cheaper to buy clothes brand new at Ross or like the sale section at old navy??? T-shirts used to be like 1.99 and now they're about $4, but most are like $6. So many clothes had disgusting stains on them, also very faded and old clothes, I'm just in shock at the lack of quality control. Knock off shoes for $30. Even their kids toys and stuffed animals went up in price and that made me sad. And not to mention now the prices are weird on women's blouses ?? Like $5.71 for a long sleeve and $5.81 for short sleeve ? Found a Victoria secret top that was like 6.40 like what are these prices?? Overall just so sad with their changes, they have the worst corporate! All this stuff they get for free and they completely jack up the prices. Not affordable anymore :/ but the staff are always really nice I must say!

So I noticed they raised their prices before Christmas. And apparently have raised prices again, my mother and I shop there frequently and she just made a trip and called me to ask about pricing because she noticed the women’s section seemed higher in price…. Love this store but don’t they know thrift stores mean thrift prices??. Tank tops you can buy brand new at Walmart for $2.88 are $4.99 second hand at goodwill?!. I understand economy is not the best but very disappointing to see a thrift store jacking up prices. Some people can’t afford to buy new and I’m one of those people. If I can’t even afford a thrift store where does that leave me to shop affordably for my family.

Store is super dirty especially where your customers are trying on clothes (fitting rooms)
Sign on the door that says “5 item limit” yet there was a PILE of clothes someone left behind..
The fitting rooms should remain open during business hours regardless how close to closing time it is!

You can find funny and okay stuff here. It's a bit dirty and the way they have you line up to buy is silly. The workers will practically bump into you to put back out merchandise. God's storehouse is behind it also which makes it harder to shop or give stuff here when you can go there. If it was cleaner and smelled better it could be 3 stars.

My husband and I go in there all the time....I wish I remembered the young ladies name that works there..she is an African American, she is the most sweetest respectful...always always so good to us ...I wish there were more people like her..I was having an awful day and walking in there and her big smile and everything about her is so pleasant....u don't find that anywhere anymore so hopefully she stays and don't ever let her go!!!?

The workers are extremely rude here, especially one in particular with short hair that walks around glaring at all the customers. I witnessed one lady ask them how their day was. They purposely ignored her and glared and then walked away. The customer looked at me appalled and said she wished she had their name to report them to management. It doesn’t seem like there’s any management around to notice this behavior. Honestly disappointed.

I used to shop here a lot. They cut their toy section almost completely out a couple of years ago and scaled back the book section by a lot. I’m sure toys are being donated, makes me wonder where they go.
