I will now only be bringing my vehicle here. The young man (Cody) who serviced my Hyundai Elantra did a wonderful job! I had oil change & fluid check for an upcoming cross country road trip. It took approximately 30 minutes in & out. Lobby was clean & they even have a little fridge with complimentary water bottles.

Set a 1 pm Oil change appointment.Said it would take about 45 minutes.It's been a hour and 45 minutes. Still waiting. I told them next week was soon enough. They insisted on today. Total cluster with a sign on the door... we are short staffed....closing at 530

Like many of these places. Over billing it's very common. Instead of worrying about your car getting fixed, worry more about the bill. More than half of it isn't needed or wasn't even an issue in the first place.

I had a terrible experience when I went to get a wheel alignment and buy the 3 year alignment deal when they kept saying all this stuff is wrong then after the end they came out and said my battery charging system light was on and I needed to get a battery then left and went to a parkinglot nearby and seen their mechanics had took the time to pop my fuseblock open and slightly pull the fuse out for that. Then when confronted about it the manager and mechanic both sat there and lied about doing it when I just looked at everything before I took it in there.I will not be using this service center again and I recommend you don't either!

A sign of a professional is one who corrects mistakes and makes the customer whole. I bought new tires and had problems with the installation and balancing. Jim the manager got involved: identified faulty manufactured tires -replaced them and I really like the tires. Jim's a professional and took care of business.

We bought 4 new tires here. They told us it was going to take 1 1/2. hours and it took 2 1/2 hours. The temperature was 93 degrees in the waiting area. They said the air was broken for 2 months. This is an awful place to buy tires!

I really wish I could give this store better reviews, but I just can't. Issue 1) About 6 mos ago I scheduled an appt for an oil change. THREE HOURS later, my car was still not ready. I was livid and they eventually gave me a small discount.Issue 2) My husband went in for an oil change and tire check. he was told there was something broken in our back driver axle that was causing the bulging on our tire. After taking it to a mechanic, we found out that was completely false information and there was NOTHING wrong with the car, just a bad tire.Issue 3) Because that tire was bad (we purchased those tires less than two years ago and just over half the mileage warranty has been used - not their fault), we went back one last time. We were quoted three prices for various new tires - all the quotes were more than I had paid for the tires in the first place (what kind of warranty is that?) AND I was being told I had to pay for the installation etc even though it was not my fault I was having to have tires installed AGAIN. They agreed to split the install fee with me so I took off work for the appt. After an hour and a half standing at the counter trying to figure out the warranty, I was told the tires I wanted weren't in stock anymore and the next option was more than $180 more than I was originally quoted. If I wanted to "just come back tomorrow" they could get me "fixed up" with my more expensive tires that I shouldn't have been replacing in the first place. At this point I was DONE - the air conditioning hadn't been working in there for over a month, it was smoking hot, we'd been through multiple scenarios that never resulted in available tires, the service manager was kind, but I left and took my business elsewhere. The other company got me in the next day - the appointment time was more convenient, they had my tires in stock, their service was significantly faster than I was quoted by the Goodyear store (1.5hrs vs 3hrs), and I didn't spend a dime more. I won't be back and neither will my family members.

If I could do no stars I would but never the less, I was treated like I had no clue about tires. Bought all new tires in April for my vehicle and had major OCD about checking them daily since I was raised by a school bus driver/ truck driver and a fireman engineer driver which taught me pre-trip safety. For them to say that I rode on it on low air for to long, tearing up the inside of the tire so the warranty wasn't honored. Well when I got the flat I was only 2 blocks from my house when I called AAA for assistance. So how can I drop my walk around not seeing to drive only 2 blocks to getting a nail from in front of my neighbors which is very clear in all the pictures. Anyways sorry for the long details, just put it this way I got proof and documents that they where roughly treating my rim and now has really deep marks all around it, and no my rim never hit the ground still had a little air. To saying that it was one thing when clearly it was caused by a 3 inch nail without no damage inside the tire like they claimed. Timelines showing me going over 6 times to that same shop I bought the tires to have them themselves check the air for me cause I'm disabled and need help sitting them. I can feel the slightest difference to the point my passengers get annoyed because of my paranoia of my tires. It was my back passenger tire on a front wheel drive car that hasn't even gone out of town yet. HQ, corporate, who ever I will be getting ahold of soon with documents in hand.

I'm only giving a three star because the guy who was working the front desk was really rude. But on the bright side I didn't get his name but there was another guy helped me air my tires he was really nice and helpful.Thank you again so much.

If I could do less, I would. I bought my father in laws truck to them because it needed the fuel tank put up. When they did, they didn't look at the fuel pump connection , so they pushed it out of the garage called said it was done, but wouldn't start. Then charge me another $300 to lower the tank allitle bit too hook up the wire that was unhooked when they moved the tank in the first place.
