First time at happy nails! Had a really great experience. Nancy was fantastic. She helped me pick out my color and was super patient with me, making sure my nails looked they're very best!! I am super happy with my visit!

Worse customer service ever. Horrible people work here! Never will recommend or be return customer. This is a company that should leave Topeka I would appreciate this being a vacant building in this town.

I went in and asked for square short dip nails. The picture I showed him is the first one attached below. My nails ended up being round, filed at an angle and it was bulging at different locations on my nail. I called after and told them that I was not happy with the product. I spent $110.00 for me and my daughter. The manager told me to come in and I could get who ever I wanted and they would redo it. I went in the next day and they had me go to the same male nail tec. He tried to file my nails down and make them more square but there was no chance that could occur because they were already so short. I asked if I could have one of the ladies redo them and he said that he would redo it and picked up the file. I just got up and walked out. I have gone there for over three years and will never return. I would suggest going to Dream Nails down the road next to Target.

Did not do what I wanted. Was sloppy and also didn’t care also hurt my fingers. Did not do the correct design I wanted or on the right fingers also did not put all the design on even though there was room sign said $42 for what I wanted but they charged 80 will not be going back.

Went in there and got a full set. The guy did not prep my nail bed, push my cuticle back, follow my very simple inspo photo, length, the bottoms where it connects to my nail were rigid and everywhere, nor even glue them properly.
i called a few days after they were done to ask about getting them redone because they were so far from my inspo and just not good quality. i expressed i was from out of town and the guy said it wouldn’t be a problem and i could come in whenever i got the chance.
i come in after 9 days and within a week 4 nails had already fallen off. they refused to redo them like they originally offered and then said they’d only fix the four that fell off instead. even though when i originally called none of my nails had been broken and they offered to redo them just because i was unhappy.
when i expressed that two more were already close to falling off i asked if they could just redo them as promised because the rest were bound to fall off instead a few days. i work at an office, all i do is type it is not heavy lifting or any job that would make it reasonable for them to begin falling off in a week.
the guy who originally did them denied redoing them and said he could only offer half a refund after he told me a week prior he would redo them completely for free. then the refund became $25 cash instead of half the service (which was $72). he claimed that wasn’t the price and that $25 was the best they could do. i showed him how MORE of my nails were actively close to falling off and he said he “did a good job,” safe to say we left and within a minute i was able to pull off the remaining 6 nails because they were applied so poorly.
i really wouldn’t recommend giving this place a dime, they will provide shitty services, promise redos, and then deny it all. dollar tree has better and longer lasting press ones than this place.

I had a new set of nails in need of Fill I got obviously a apprentice nail text he gave me a blotched nail fill 🫠 needlessly to say my main nail tech was pissed she said I needed a new nail set it was too much work like beyond repair! For fill ! 🤦🏽♀️ lesson learned don’t go here if you anything like me a everything needs to be perfect!! Grass and always greener on other side. I just thought I’d get a quick fill no big deal but boy oh boy was I wrong!!!!!!

I liked my session there because they were good and fast. So many nail techs file and file and file...idk what they're trying to avoid although it may be they dont want to do pedicures so they keep you in their chair as long as they can. This was not that experience. She was fast but good. My nails were perfect!

Called to find out fill with no polish price. Quoted $27…..but these crooks are all about charging more SOMEHOW. Charged $5 more to remove my clear polish off! I am a nail technician and would have removed it in my car before filling had i known they would pull that crap. Totally dirty pool. Im pissed.
I am very perfectionistic and know im going to have to fix the nails after the fill so i dont pay to polish. No one wlse has tried this type of upcharge on me before. Crazy. Wont ever go back! Had she not done that i would have tipped.
