I had a problem with a hose reel. Went in to the Topeka ks store and the Manager Ryan K. Went above and beyond to make it right. Best customer service experience I have ever had. I hope he Harbor Freight can keep him happy enough to stay there. AAA+++

Great place for cheap tools. Unless you're a professional, you are wasting your money buying anything higher quality than what they have here.
