I had a problem with a hose reel. Went in to the Topeka ks store and the Manager Ryan K. Went above and beyond to make it right. Best customer service experience I have ever had. I hope he Harbor Freight can keep him happy enough to stay there. AAA+++

Cashier was very prompt in showing me where to locate items I was looking for. She even scanned a coupon to get one item from regularly marked price of $12.99 down to $5.98. 😀 Thank you Harbor Freight!!!

I like to think that they created this store for Me / use ... The many that could fix almost anything if We have the right tools... I love the selection and depend on the hassle free warranty that almost every item I buy there comes with ... The staff are some amazing people ... Best place for cheap tools out there, and the quality on a lot of things isn't near as bad as you would expect for the price.
