“Well stocked and reasonable prices.
Currently with the recent construction changes it is hard to get to this store on US 24. Maps is not updated properly on how to get there from the west. I went a few miles out of the way to the north and east to find my own route. 10/30/2024.”

“Customer service here was really friendly and they were very understanding when we returned a piece of furniture that couldn't fit in the passage way of the property we were trying to set it up in. I've been to a few Menards stores in the upper midwest and some of them could take a lesson about courteous and helpful service from the four staff people I worked with at this location.
Also, one associate tipped me off to the Menards app with the product location phone app; we found things so much faster. Get it! Great work Topeka Menards!”
“Taylor with customer service was amazing!! We had just left Lowe’s where their unwillingness and excuses portrayed nothing but laziness we went to Home Depot..where they price matched and provided someone to load up our purchase as soon as we hit the parking lot!! Their customer service team worked extremely well together helping with concerns and questions that they had for each other so they could provide us with real answers and not excuses like we got from Lowe’s. I was extremely happy and will be back.”

“I went into TS after 8:30pm and everyone was friendly, willing to help and as I was leaving, Kay offered to help load my dog and cat food into car. I have always been offered help and find the employees very friendly and helpful. I didn't get the man of the young man that helped load my dog food and look for something, but he was great too.”
