I booked an appointment with them, they didn’t really seem to keep track of the appointments considering when they set me down to get my nails done 2 other people had came in and claimed they had an appointment the same time as me. (That’s not even my real complaint just explaining the setting) they barely asked what I wanted, acted like they didn’t want to do the service, and everyone acted like they were in a rush. They are NOT gentle when they are doing nails and now I’ve gotten my nails done many times before just by different companies and this company seems to not care. I had my nails done and my toes done by 2 different people and they were both how I just described. I got my toes done first and now one of my toes is infected from the nail. Then my actually nails done and the lady who did them almost fractured one of my thumbs *not even making this up* and the other thumb was bleeding and I let it go until my toe now is infected THEY DONT SANITIZE THEY THINGS. Not to mention my nails arnt even fully done they didn’t paint ANY sides of my nails or my toes. I would provide evidence but I don’t feel comfortable showing my feet online. Oh and on top of that it was 100 dollars? On the website it was 74? Mind you, I got regular white toes and nails. Not only did I get overpriced for low quality nails I paid for multiple nail injuries. I don’t think anyone who works here actually has a degree. Please DONT GO HERE unless you want nail injuries too. Honestly I don’t even want to give them a one star review because they are not even worth that I just put one so I can warn other people. I posted about it on social media and it seems like everyone who goes there has the same experience, I don’t understand how other people had good experiences. I’ve been reading the reviews here and every time I see someone being mistreated this company responds to blame the costumers I will NOT deal with that, as I am not the 1 or the 2 or the 3 to blame. It is your company as you should treat all your customers the same and if you can’t see what other people are being put through because of you then I just can’t support that, I’m not seeing any good energy coming from this company. I’m just talking in first person because I know there going to see this as I wish they will see this because being in 10+ years in business and getting away with stuff like this is insane.

Do NOT waste your time and money coming here! Unless you have an entire day to wait for your nails to get done don’t come here! Also, unless you don’t care what your nails turn out like don’t go here. Not only did we wait 45min after the time of our appointment for them to even do anything for us, I had to say something for them to even acknowledge that we were there. They sat us in the pedicure chair with no water or anything for those 45min!!! Then they filled the bowl FINALLY but then totally ignored us when I told them that the water was wayyyyy too hot! Then when they finally came to do the pedicure they literally slapped on the sugar scrub and only rubbed it on my shins…not even at all on my calves or bottom of my foot. Then the paint job!!! It was totally crap! It was streaky and I could see my nail through it! I had to point it out to get the girl to fix it and then she did one more streak of color on it even though she had already put the top coat and then was ready to send me on my way even though the part she fixed was not covered in top coat until the “boss guy” told her she needed to take it all the way off and fix it correctly. My toes still NEVER had the fresh shinny professional look that you would expect from a pedicure! DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Had a horrible experience at a nearby salon and without knowing anything about that I was met with kindness and great hospitality. The atmosphere at Infinity was very warm and welcoming! My nail tech Jenny was so nice and did an amazing job! She completely turned my day around for the better! I have been a regular at the place across the street for a few years and in one afternoon I quickly realized the mediocre care I had accepted for myself. Thank you SOO so much Jenny! You truly made my day!

This was my second time visiting this salon. I appreciate the opportunity to book an appointment online and I have been able to get in same day. My schedule is very hectic so this works well for me. The first time I booked I specified a certain tech but when I arrived they were busy so I went with whoever was available and I wasn't disappointed. I had a pedicure and dip manicure. This time I booked with next available and they did a great job on my dip manicure. I know some people complain about the wait time but I feel that if you book an appointment there may be a little bit of a wait but I have been able to get right in maybe at most a 5 minute wait. I wish I could remember the names of the ladies that did my nails but I can't. Over all I felt taken care of and they did a great job.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Infinity Nails in Topeka, KS. I paid $50 to have my nails done, and within just two days, one of my nails broke. I returned to the salon to have it fixed, only to be told by a staff member that I needed to come back before closing—after 5 p.m. I did exactly that the following day.
However, when I arrived, I was made to sit and wait indefinitely. When I politely asked how long the wait would be, I was told I had to wait until all other customers were served—despite the fact that I was simply there to fix a broken nail from a recent visit. I respectfully disagreed and expressed that paying customers should not be treated this way. I then left—still with a broken nail.
This experience was not only unprofessional but also dismissive and borderline abusive in tone. I will not be returning and cannot in good faith recommend this place to others. I hope they seriously reconsider how they treat returning customers who expect a basic level of respect and accountability.

Nail tech left my mom feeling unwelcome and the nail tech was very beyond condescending. Her attitude throughout the service made it seem like she didn’t want to attend my mom.

They were more concerned about the money than making you feel welcomed and was too worried about getting people through at a fast past. I asked my daughter if she was happy with her nails or if she wanted them shorter and she said she did not want to go back into this place. I took her elsewhere to get them removed and just nails polish on nails. She had a horrible experience and I was sorry I went in.

Always getting my nails done here. My lady does such good work i wont go to anyone else. She has me looking like a star every time i walk out of there and she listens! Hard to find nowadays!

This is THE BEST nail salon in Topeka! They do great work, are fast, and always so friendly. I love coming here to get my nails done!
