Jacs Liquor is a favorite liquor store in Topeka. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, always happy to answer questions. They have the best selection, a big wine selection, and very reasonable prices with incredible buys, often having the lowest prices around with specials and promotions. The owner is a nice man who provides excellent service. Customers appreciate the great military discount. Some wish they would bring back cigars for convenience. They are highly recommended.
Love the owner. He's such a nice man. When my husband and I had surgery, he would actually get my husband's beer and help bring it out to the car. Not many business people would do that!

This is my favorite place to buy liquor in Topeka. They are so friendly and helpful. They answered a lot of questions because I was purchasing a variety of alcohol for a party the last time I was there. They have very reasonable prices. I found some incredible buys.
