Great doing business with the staff at this dealership. Recently purchased a used vehicle working with Mike B. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Handled one concern I had swiftly and without question. Kevin H. from financing had everything ready for me when I got to the dealership. Mechanics had everything buttoned up in an hour and to my approval. 👍

Worst service department ever! Went for an oil change and tire rotation on my 24 Rubicon. They didn’t screw on any of the lug nuts on the front right wheel. I noticed something wasn’t right going 75 mph on the turnpike (I was going to KC straight from there). I safely got stopped at the gas station rest stop just out of Topeka. 2 of the lug nuts had fallen off at some point. I called the dealership and they gave me a number of a tow company to call myself to have it towed back to them. Seriously!? I understand that these things happen but come on. Put in a little effort to correct your mistake! I’ve had other issues also. I won’t be back, I’ll drive to KC for my next service.

Went in for warranty issue on our jeep, they told us they would order part never heard back from them. Had front passenger area road noise was told it was a bad tire however had tires rotated every oil change and noise never changed from that location. Went to new dealer in Lawrence tires where in perfect condition according to their mechanic.

These folks saved the day! About 1/3 of the way across country to take my son to college, the check engine light came on. We stopped at an auto parts store and checked the codes, which showed a bad sensor. After purchasing one there and melting my hands on a hot engine trying to remove the old sensor in 92 degree heat, I gave up and continued to head East. In desperation, I popped into John Hoffer Jeep in Topeka and Roger, one of their service writers, was only too eager to help. In a short amount of time, we were on our way again.Thank you, thank you, thank you! Fantastic customer service, and so good to still find good people these days willing to help.

On Friday, May 31, I was experiencing an issue with my 2020 Cherokee...I was still 2 hours from KC, I live in Denver, and called the service department and spoke with Roger, who said bring it in...not only did they diagnose the issue quickly, I was in and out within an hour, made it to my appointment with time to spare, and its been running great since then. Roger is very professional and personable and thank you to him and his crew!

Overall their sevice department was easy to work with. They worked with our warranty company to get the repairs approved. The repairs were done quickly and the work was solid.
