Oil Pan still leaking, not leaking before they worked on it. Loader bucket didn't function, tried to charge me for their lack of knowledge there. They delivered the tractor the second time and left without our knowledge. Found the tractor in our vehicle parking area. They lost one of the bolts that secures the hood. For whatever reason they took the control levers apart that control the front loader bucket. When they put those handles back together they wrapped them with something similar to white tape. They said they didn't take those apart, that he white tape was "old tape." That is not true because I bought the Westondorf Loader new and it had never been off of my farm until they worked on it. Then they drained $82.00 worth of hydraulic fluid out of the wrong place and never reimbursed me for that. Overall they were rude, incompetent and inefficient, and did a very sloppy job. If there was a score lower than one star that is where I would place them and their work. Basically, All I got was failure to accept responsibility. They seriously damaged a new filter on the left rear side of the engine during installation causing it to leak. On their third trip out here it was as if they were doing me a big favor o replace the damaged filter! Since that time I have purchased an expensive skid steer used to clean my barns and barn lots. Needless to say, it was not from your store! When I park the tractor you worked on I put a large piece of cardboard under it to catch the oil dripping which never existed prior to your work. If you doubt me I challenge you to bring your own cardboard and see for yourself.

Visited KanEquip in Topeka Ks. Greeted promptly as I walked in the door by the young lady sitting upfront. She was courteous and friendly and got me to the area I needed which was the part department. The two men in the parts department were friendly and knowledgeable. The overall experience was great and I will use them in the future.

I purchased a L3301 here in 2019 with no issues and an overall pleasent experience so I gave two stars. I had been warned to stay away from KanEquip but unfortunately it is the only Kubota dealer around. Approximately a month ago the tractor shut down on me and would not start. They said they could come pick it up in a few days to look at it, which was irritating as I use this tractor daily but I understand. Since then I have had to try and contact them for any info as to what the issues may be as they have not tried to contact me other than when it was first taken in. 2 weeks ago I got ahold of someone and they said my injectors all went out and some are on order and should be there whithin a couple days. That was 2 weeks ago and when I call today to try and speak with someone in the service department the manager is out until tomorrow and no mechanics are there to give me an update on a Tuesday morning.I would not recommend this company if you can avoid it unfortunately. As I said, I used this tractor daily and am now way behind. I would understand waiting on parts and the such but the lack of communication and the sense that they have no rush or care at all to solve this issue has been a bad experience and I plan to take my tractor elsewhere in the future.

Thank Goodness I purchased my 2nd tractor through McConnell in Lawrence. They have been honest and fair. I cannot say the same about these guys. My friend took his tractor in because he had bent a couple pieces that connect deck to tractor. He didn't know what was wrong . They diagnosed. Quoted him 700 some dollars to fix and he decided to fix on his own. 160.00 in parts. They charged him $450 diagnostic fee.OUTRAGEOUS!

I've had a handful of experiences with this business ranging from alright to downright awful. Every visit, I meet a new service manager. Most recently, everyone was friendly, but the work took far longer than anticipated and cost about $500 more than quoted. There was no update on price or timeline offered until I started calling every Monday. I want this place to be successful, but so far they've under delivered.

Beware of these guys. They act all friendly but if they need to move a machine off the lot, they will miss represent it. The L2501 is so light it will not do any work--it just spins its tires. Would not pull a box blade. Some upgrade! Should have stuck with the older JD. The parts people offered front weights, $102 for each 20 pounds. Be prepared to pay a couple of grand extra to add what you need. Parts guys said they can only use the wheeled weight rack in the back. Baloney. Titan sold me a quick attach weight rack with a trailer receiver and I got the JD 50 pound weights from Amazon for $68 each and free shipping. Will buy clamp on forks and bucket teeth from them as well. Never again Kubota. The tractor is loud especially the transmission, if it weren't new, I'd think there was something wrong. Steering and handling is awkward, the bucket is too small, about 2/3 the capacity of the older JD compact. The loader is powerful, abut any weight in the bucket just brings the rear tires off the ground. MUCH better with 200 pounds on the Titan rear attachment. All this headache could have been avoided if the sales folks were honest.

Called service for advice, would not share any information with me at all, wanted to send someone out or wanted me to bring it to them, so either they don't know anything or just not willing to help, wouldn't take them a hand rake for repair.

Once they sold us a tractor the customer service went out the window... went in this spring to get info because I was going to buy a mower from them... rudeness and lack of interest in a sale made me leave and buy elsewhere... early summer went in for info on a drag... nobody knew anything and was told the salesmen would call.... still waiting... also have gone in to get filters and oil for our tractor and treated rudely... not a fan of this place
