I experienced terrible customer service here today. I attempted to ask an employee where I could find the shopping carts, and instead of stopping, she continued to push her cart and tapped her ear, giving me a nasty look. When it came time to check out, I was standing in a long line with only one cashier. The same female employee opened up another register, and I went to her to check out. I told her I changed my mind about buying a couple of things and told her so. She then huffed, puffed, and rolled her eyes. She then proceeded to snatch the items from the counter and threw them to the ground behind her with the nastiest attitude. She didn't wear a name tag, but I highly recommend that she receive some customer service training and apply what she learns. Her attitude and behavior are completely inappropriate in a customer service job, and will not serve her well later in life.

I'm looking for new shirts, and the selection was massive. I was only looking for 1 shirt, and I ended up getting 3. I saved some cash because I used my Kohls card. Thanks Kohls!

Did Topeka storage have very rude rude rude associates in it and they were talking about other employees in ill manner and I did not find a professional at all whatsoever and that will probably be the last time I go to the Topeka store thank you

I don't know where to start. Nothing was good about my experience. Placed the order on the 13th. It is now the 23rd and still waiting. The order in part, was sent to the wrong store. So part of the order had to be canceled. The expected delivery date keeps changing, while it says delivery will on time. But ON TIME is subject to that daily change of deliver date. It is late. 3 days late so far and who knows if it will come tomorrow.
Update: I called the Kohl's customer service and was assured that it will be here "By 10am" today. I set my plans back to leave at 9am, as just in case. I set my doubt aside, out of desperation. It is 10:23 am. I will leave at 10:30 apparently without one gift.
