Update: Called this morning to let the person on duty know what had happened. Gave them the information on the receipt along with my name and number for the manager to call me back tomorrow 3-26-25. The person on the phone said the manager had just left. I told them I do reviews out here and that it's like having a secret shopper come in your store. The person was flabbergasted at that thought. We'll see what happens.
Had to completely clean the toilet in order to use it. Told the cashier after I sat a cup of coffee on the counter. Told him I needed $30.00 gasoline. Asked him after cleaning the toilet and bathroom for the two employees standing upfront talking if he'd just let me have the coffee. He said yes. After only pumping $27.83 in gas I looked at the receipt and realized he'd charged me for the coffee after saying I could have it for cleaning up a toilet that someone had left their own poop ALL over the toilet seat and floor. I don't think $1.99 is too much to ask for after cleaning their filthy bathroom up. Not satisfied at all. I also told them I would leave this review.

Got a breakfast sandwich from here yesterday and it gave me food poisoning! Was sick all day and night throwing up everything I tried to eat to make me feel better.

I've been a regular at this shop for the last 3 years. I come in daily & get about 8oz of ice in my own cup with my own water already in it. I've NEVER been charged for it. Not one time. It's less than a 8oz cup of ice! They charged me $1.10 for it this morning! I buy other things while I'm in there. I actually spend a lot of money when I go here. I can buy a 10lbs bag of ice for a little more than double that. It just blew me away! When did the policy change? It's always been free ice & water as long as it's in your own cup & it's not a ridiculous cup! Even one of their cups full of just ice is 50 cents. But less than 8oz of ice in my own cup is $1.10. Wow. Here I come Casey's!!!

This is probably the worst gas station I've ever been too. It's nasty the workers are rude and seem like they are on something, they yell and cuss at the customers over the smallest things. I will never go there again I hope it goes out of business and nobody has to be treater this way again
