I get aggravated every time I go get gas and pay at the pump. Most the time it does not work. Comes up with - please call s80 - on the screen. It happens at all the pumps. So you have to go inside, wait through the line to pay for your gas. Wouldn’t you think that defeats the purpose of “pay at the pump”. Even the staff says that the pumps are all jacked up. For a store at this busy corner you would think they could get these problems cleared up. I am getting to the point where I just pass by this store when I need gas.

Card readers at pumps did not work again; three weeks in a row. Receipts do not print at pumps. Cashiers show little or no concern about the problem. I’ll buy gas down the street.

i know the Gas has been very low in price, and I would like to see all kwik shop prices on candy, etc., come down because they charge more as if they were a Grocery Store that has million of items, and people will patronize more if their candy, etc., was not so high in price.

This place has very nice employees the fountain drink areas are always clean amazing cold coffees just wish they had more if a selection for hot coffee creamers. I haven't noticed any hot food out anymore either but nice place to go for cold drinks or slashes or coffee

This place is absolutely and positively horrendous. I just shudder in shock and shame on the behavior of the manager and the lady who is (already apologizing) African American and very well distinguishable by her weight and I don't judge based on that fact but she is very blatantly rude and judgemental and I often hear the manager and the large lady laughing at specific things and I don't think they should be discussing the things I have heard in front of other customers but it's not even the kind of thing that should be brought up in front of other people but it's very very sad. I literally just keep my mouth shut and observe the behavior and I just have to call corporate now, it's too much to keep quiet. The manager is a chubby female with buck teeth and a very noticeable demeanor in what her behavior proves every single time I am in the store. She is all nice and welcoming to the people who are in cars and such that appear to be what she considers acceptable to be professional and then the dark side is visible as night and day and a switch to the dark side is sickening and she needs to be terminated before the new caseys is open because she is

Would not take my card at the pump, and when I went in to pay had to stand in line for 10 minutes. Then I paid with same card which was fine inside. Go figure.

I normally don’t bother to leave bad reviews, but this incident was just awful. As I was checking out, the associate with pink hair, a heavy set build, glasses, and a LOUD mouth was already giving me attitude. You could immediately tell that she was taking out her frustrations on customers, by the way she was speaking. Unfortunately, I only had about $30 to spend, and when it came to complete the transaction..my card declined. As this was happening, this woman was talking about it to her co worker openly and LOUDLY for everyone to hear. Using words like “now she doesn’t have enough”…etc. As this was happening, a poor old man was leaving the store, and she randomly calls him out (in front of a bunch of people ) on the size of his drink, and that he got it wrong. The man apologized, and she laughed. Really? Leave the old man alone, and if you’re going to address a problem..you don’t announce it to a crowd of people. Anyway..my card was having trouble processing the transaction, and while the lady was trying to explain the issue to her co worker..she took my phone out of my hands, and proceeded to talk down to me. This woman needs to be retrained on customer service. She needs to leave her attitude at the door, and learn to respect customers..even if there’s an issue. Unbelievable.

Quick convenient has a lot of things to choose from as far as food beverage get gas cigs even milk people seemed friendly can usually get in and out
