Needed recall work done on a 2012 focus (door latches) all went well with the service department. Reported problem on a Friday, took about a week for them to get the parts, we then scheduled appointment for the following Wednesday, i took advantage of the courtesy van to get a ride to work, then once the repair was fixed, they volunteered to brang the car to me. This was very helpful, as i was very busy at work that day, everyone was polite and the waiting area was clean, no complaints on this visit.

I want to thank Laird Noller Ford and Cedric Bryant . I had not bought a new vehicle in a long time. Lots had changed. I knew what might work for me but had to see if it would work. Cedric got several of my choices together, took the time to explain and let me test drive. They were fair in what they offered me on my trade in and I am very happy with my 2021 Ford Escape.

Buying our truck was a breeze! Ralph Six bent over backwards to reduce our time at the dealership and make our trade seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable and did as much as he could before we arrived to make leaving the same day with our truck possible. Thank you Ralph, for making Kyle’s truck dream come true!

Cordaryle Banks remained in fluent contact with throughout the process, before, during and after. He treated me with respect and dignity.Frank filled in for Cordaryle while he was out sick. Frank was patient, intentional in his questioning and very down to earth. His customer service skills went above and beyond measure. As I told him in detail what I desired in my new car, he exceeded my expectations. I truly love my new ride.I can tell you something awesome about all four men I dealt with in my process. I feel that they cared that I received what was best for me.

Beware: I took my car into the service center at this location because I was having sputtering issues. I told the service manager what the problem was and they took my car to look at it. He came back after looking at it and said it need 2 parts, they said they had 1 but need to order the other. So they had me come back a week later. I went back and they had my car in service for 2 hours, the service manager come to me after I waited 2 hours and says “we couldn’t get your car fixed because we need a 3rd part that needs ordered.” Needless to say after waiting I was very upset, Hower they gave me a loaner car and I left me car there to be repaired. About 5 days later they called and said it was done. I went to pick it up and they said it now needs a part that would cost $1600 to fix. In addition to the $650 I was already paying. I declined because it was a non essential part and I didn’t have the money to pay that much. I drove home after paying the $650 for the 2 parts they put in. But the car was still sputtering. So I called, they said it was because I didn’t get the fan switch fixed for $1600. I said there is no way that the fan was causing this issue. They argued with me and I hung up. I took my car the next day to a local shop in Topeka and within 45 minutes had the issue discovered!!! Turns out I had a bad spark plug!!!! So the moral of the story, these services techs are idiots, plain and simple, they wanted me to pay over $2100 for a bad spark plug!!!! They are crooks and obviously have no idea what goes on under the hood. Either it’s a scam or they are really really dumb!

Chase and the team in the service department were great! My daughter is a college student in Topeka and had a car that wouldn’t start consistently due to a recall issue that needed fixed. Being without a car was stressful for her trying to figure out how to get to work and school and with Ford being on strike getting parts timely was an issue. We thought it might be a couple months before we’d get the needed part but Chase figured out a way and got it fixed for her within about a week. So appreciative of him and the excellent customer service.

Had an Amazing experience here!Taylor Julius Is your salesperson! He was very timely in his email/phone communications, and had the car ready to go upon our arrival to come check it out. After having a couple unfortunate and rude encounters earlier in the week at other places.. it was refreshing to do business here!Very pleased with the process and better yet- our almost 17 year old daughter got a wonderful used car with low mileage!! Thank you for making her experience so pleasant! We are very happy with our purchase! Highly recommend this place!

Sales reps give impression of low confidence and minimal knowledge of services available in their department. My rep was young and seemed like he was overwhelmed. He tried to be helpful but he also appeared to avoid direct customer engagement, as did the other reps. Standing at the counter waiting to be helped by a rep that isn’t doing anything other than holding a conversation with a fellow employee is frustrating. They seemed quite annoyed by the presence of a customer, honestly. Normally, reps come out to the vehicle to greet customers, but that didn’t happen this time. I was the only vehicle parked in front of their windows and no one was at their counter.When I asked how the inspections went on my vehicle, the response I received was short with minimal info that did not answer my questions. The rep was trying to get off the phone as fast as possible.It would be nice if sales reps would list out approximate costs in the beginning instead of the cashier explaining to me arbitrary numbers on my bill.This is not the first time I’ve had issues here. I honestly don’t know why I keep returning.

Dana was a very helpful service advisor. The car broke down on July 3, and they were very short-staffed. Nevertheless, he did his best to get the car looked at as soon as he could, and I am very grateful I had it back a week later.

Justin S., the techs, and shuttle guys were great to work with. They found the issue with my new/used 2019 Ford Edge I purchased in Leavenworth. They ordered the parts and got it fixed under manufacturer warranty in a timely manner. Beyond grateful for the awesome service!

I visited a few dealerships before trying Laird Noller Ford. I worked with Ralph Six to make a purchase because he was the first salesman to make me feel like he did everything in his power to make sure I walked away both satisfied and in a vehicle. After going over what I was looking for, he pulled out a vehicle that checked all but three of my boxes, and was less than expected after hearing the all the features included.I will definitely be checking here when I go to purchase my next vehicle. I may even purchase the same make/model/trim if it is still being produced.

Buying cars is usually awful. Honestly I avoid it at all costs. Usually such a skeezy feelingThe salesman we had at Laird for our last purchase was amazing. He was a straight shooter, went the extra mile to accommodate us.If I have to buy a car again I’llAbsolutely look at Laird first.

I had a great experience here, 99% of which is due to Aaron Foster, who was the most amiable, accommodating and awesome salesman that I've dealt with. I was interested in the Ford Bronco (Bronco, Bronco, not Sport), and given the demand, it was a serious/genuine show of salesmanship that Aaron worked to keep my Bronco from slipping away, while I negotiated the finance arena for a week. Outside of the awesomeness that I experienced working with Aaron, Laird Noller was on point and dealt fair on pricing, which is really hard to come by on the Bronco right now (I did go with my own financing though). Cheers, Aaron Foster and Laird Noller, loving my Bronco and couldn't be happier!!

Prompt, Professional, Courteous Service!I needed a part that was shipped to me with primer, painted to match my car, which they were able to do in 24 hours!! Using my Vin#, they ordered the needed matching paint, which was shipped overnight, and applied immediately. Fantastic Service!!
