Wonderful guys to deal with! Matt was super nice and very knowledgeable. Wanting to trade in my car soon and was looking at options and got a great price for my trade in! Will be back soon when they get the car I was looking for that was out of state. He went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend Legacy Motors!

Honestly probably one of the worst, most disrespectful encounters ive had. I went in Friday 8.29.25 and spoke with Matt. We ran my credit and looked at a car. I got approved for it with a $480 a month payment, I sent pay stubs and banks statements. I was told to come back the next day BY 12 so we can get things rolling, I take Matt's card and leave. The next day 8.30.25 I get there at 10AM, doors are locked and noone is there, mind you they open at 9:30 supposedly. I text Matt saying I was there. I get no response and go kill some time until 1130 when I go back. He said BY 12 so I figured id get there at 1130 and he'd be there at 12. WRONG. Again door was locked, noone there. I then message him again as well as my partner with no response. It is not 9.2.25 and neither of us have heard anything from him. I had an appointment that was agreed upon and yet I get stood up with no explanation. This was AFTER my credit was pulled and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit. Truly disappointed and feel highly disrespected.

Long story short, don’t buy here! Mechanics are always supposedly busy and they lie to you about the cars being well kept. Had issues on day two after purchasing. Ended up with over 5K in repairs. I would not recommend anyone here.
Update… the transmission went out! lol don’t buy here!!!

A few months ago I was searching for my first car. I went to many places and when I went to Matt he was the most trustworthy one I had talked to. Oh, and so what happen with the car i traded in then? And my friend has been in to get the title and was even shown the title but told he had to wait for someone to get back from their "golf vacation" and then meet at the inspection place before he could have it. IF YOU WOULD HAVE OPENED THE MANELLA ENVELOPE YOU HANDED ME AND MADE SURE THEIR WAS A TITLE IN THER then you would have seen THEIR WAS NO TITLE IN THEIR IN THE FIRST PLACE. Never looked in that envelope before you handed it to me did you. Theirs nothing to own up to because I was never given the title. You guys didn't even get a "duplicate" Marlena went and got a title which is still being kept from us. Yall have already been paid for the car their is NO REASON you should be keeping the title from us.

About six months ago I bought a car from Legacy Motors. It has been a great purchase through and through so far. Matt, at the 17th and Fairlawn location went above and beyond to help me out. As a second time car buyer, I still had little experience and was afraid of being taken advantage of. I had talked to over 10 dealers over previous days and, as much as I could, I felt I could trust Matt over the competition. That he wouldn't gouge me. In fact, he helped to get the price to a point I had been approved for. I really appreciated all the effort, and even threw in extra accommodations, like a full set of new tires. I recommend anyone in the Topeka area, or greater, to check out Legacy motors for any and all of your next car purchases.
