They seem to get scripts filled in a timely manner. But there are times it has taken them a few days to get my scripts filled very annoyed when I made useless trips there to pick them up, or if I was in the area

There is no button for half a star rating. Stormont retail is Super slow at filling two prescriptions. I couldn’t believe the pharmacy tech when she told me that it would take 5 days to fill two prescriptions!, but I am stuck with them because my insurance only covers one of my prescriptions through them. Otherwise I would continue to use Sam’s club pharmacy they are always prompt at filling prescription and dealing with insurance companies!! Any new prescriptions are always ready within 20 min. If they’re unable to fill a prescription due to an insurance problem they let you know ASAP. As opposed to stormont retail pharmacy, they lack communication with their clients, which puts a delay in prescription therapy treatment.

Very slow on getting prescriptions filled. It took them 5 days to fill 2 prescriptions for me. However the few times was better at getting them filled and sending text messages to let me know my prescriptions are ready for pick.

I called my birth control in on Wednesday night of my period week. Went Saturday morning when they opened and was told that they had to order it so it’d be in by Monday by 11 (I never received I call in the TWO DAYS they had my refill request to be told this). I stopped by that Monday around 11:45 and then was told they didn’t have it available in the warehouse they order from so theyd call my doctor to find the best option (again wasn’t given the decency of a call beforehand). I called my doctor the following day to see if the pharmacy has called them and they had not, go figure. So I explained to my doctor what was going on and she called them. When she called me back she said they had my exact birth control but instead of the 90 day packs they only had the 28 days so all they had to do was give me 3 of those (even she was confused why they didn’t in the first place). I went by the next day at 8 am with no one ahead of me and I was there for 30 minutes while they acted confused on what to do and I’m getting impatient because it completely messed up my insides this week. Cramps, headaches, and another week of a full on period.Will be looking to go to another pharmacy once I’m out of refills on my meds.

Fast and usually courteous. Refused to deliver stating I have past due balance! Im- possible because you don't get meds without payment so where did my money go?
