On Monday, My 13, 2024 on Gibbons Rd in Grant Township, St Clair County, MI I had a very pleasant experience with two of your installers. Juan and his partner, whose name I do not know, but who was a soft spoken southern gentleman who was buit like a linebacker, did a very clean, professional install from the road to my house, of fiber optic cable. They accidentally cut my invisable fence line, which we discussed, but I figured I could just fix it on my own, so I sent them on their way. When I attempted to fix the line I was unable to locate it. The next day I called to ask if someone could come back at some point and assist me in locating the wire. It was incridable, but within a half hour of my phone call Juan and his partner were at my door letting me know they were going to repair my invisable fence. They did repair it within 15 minutes, very beautifully with no damage to my lawn. When the repair was completed they insisted on testing the fence line to be sure everything was ok.They did such a good job and so quickly. They were so courteous and very concerned that I was completely satisfied with all the work done. This is customer service at such a level that I have not experienced in a long time. Their competency and genuine care for quality work was very impressive. Both of these men should receive a special commendation for the excellent face they put on Mercury Broadband.

Have been customer since 2011. Have had some problems off and on through the years, but staff has been very good in helping to resolve them. Spoke with Dena today and she handled every thing quickly and was a delight to speak with.

Asa and Brandon did a great job installing and walking me through the setup of our new system. We are very pleased with the customer service we received and the much improved internet connection that we now have. Also, thanks to Jon for the follow up assistance to help finish our account setup.

I had great customer service! Before we officially installed, communication with the tower went down. Once it had been fixed, I received a follow-up call with notification of the repair, rescheduled the install, and had great technicians come out to install the system. Speeds went from barely tolerable from former company to “Wow! That snail is Fast!!” Couldn’t be happier with our service!

Installed Friday. Was told before tech left that speeds were high. However when I connected my TV the speeds were extremely low and everything kept buffering. I called and was told it could take up to 48 hours to resolve. After 48 hours, nothing was fixed and no one called me. After calling back I was told it could take months to figure out and that they would not call me with any updates unless there was a resolution/issue was fixed. Needless to say I'm less than impressed with not only the speed, but the lack of customer service as well. Hoping for a resolution soon and hopefully much better customer service or I may need to cancel.

Installer Tim was amazing. Explained everything very well. Install itself went smooth. So far service has been top notch!! Would recommend to anyone.

Danielle, Dan and Steve. We're amazing!! Danielle's customer service was amazing and she followed up when she said she would. No hidden fees or charges. She was upfront with everything. Really enjoyed working with her.

VERY HAPPY!!!!!!!I Called on Monday 11/20/23 and as 11am this morning (11/22/23) I was using it basically unbelievableMy Tech Griffin P. Was very good, polite and helpful couldn't have asked for anything else also the service is fantastic, if your not happy with your service this is who to callUPDATE: yes it was Great for about 6 weeks then nothing but trouble and they don't seem to care the techs have been out several times with no successI would NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE

Kenric.. WOW.. I AM SOOOO VERY IMPRESSED.. I am over the moon with this service already.. He was soo kind, helpful. Explained sooo very much.. Wow.. so knowledgeable, understanding, and sooo informative.. I will try to give a review in another week. To see how things are running in my office. Wow.. SOO EXCITED TO HAVE SERVICE AGAIN. The other Co. Was costing me soo much money and time.. and totally no service for almost 2 months.. I am blowed away. And just hooked up for 30 minutes!! Thank You Kendric & Mercury.. God Bless.. YEH !!!! ME....
