This storage facility has made major improvements with security and management that make me feel totally comfortable storing all my belongings here. Rebecca, the new manager is an absolute pleasure to do business with. This place is extremely understanding about a person's possible situation and will work with you as much as they can to resolve stuff. And they now have updated cameras and automatic emergency calling for any disturbance after hours.

I have had a 10x25 storage space for over a year. Always paid on time. 140.00$ per month. Then they decided to raise it to 210.00 at random. A 70.00$ increase. Not all storage facilities in town do this. The kicker is i could go on line and rent the same exact space for 99.00$. Does that make sense to anyone. You have a good customer paying 140…but you want to raise it to 210, yet I can rent the same one on line for 99. I am not a business person but wouldn’t it make sense to keep the person at 140 and be money ahead? Watch what they do for random increases in your rent. Just be aware. This has no reflection on the new manager. She is trying to get the place in shape after no on site person for a long time. This is upper management stuff. Gate is broke again too and more break in’s and the rent goes up. Hmm

I was called today telling me they have one of there lock on my unit and I need to get a lock. I had a lock on the unit last time I was there on Aug 12th today is September 24th and my lock was cut off . I know for sure I am missing 2 tvs and not sure tell I have time tomorrow to go through the unit and see what all is missing. Do not rent with this place they say they have cameras well we did not see any at all.

After completing paperwork at facility on other side of town and paying 3 months rent, I was shocked to find the storage unit I had just reserved with it looking like someone was living there. Access for vagrants appears to have been made through a hole in the ceiling inside the unit . Completely unacceptable. Why was this not found ahead of time? Waiting to be fully refunded. No wonder it was a discounted rate. Not safe.

DO NOT!!! Do not store here. We found out today that our storage unit was broken into. Then, when we filed a police report, the officer investigated the premise and found out over 30 other units were broken into. They also saw that people were cutting holes into walls to get into other units. When we called the property manager, she did not care at all. Very disrespectful and rude. The best part is when she came to put new locks and handles on the unit, she told us she has to keep the keys or charge us money to get the keys. Like, for real? We get stuff stolen, and you're going to charge us for locks because she said it was our fault our unit gotten broken into. It was their fault for not monitoring their property like they should. I originally picked this place when it was IStorage and they had someone living on site and did a great job. Now, that SROA owns it, they don't have anyone on-site nor do they apparently check on their properties. Over 30 units were broken into, this is not a one night job. This was something that took place for a while and clearly the manager does not care. Do not store here. I'm clearing my stuff out and canceling my contract afterwards. Unsympathetic people who don't care people gets their stuff stolen.
