Visible by Verizon is better! They don't have "Deals" for free phones but the service is WAY better and the plans for unlimited are WAY cheaper!

This store is by far the best Metro store I've been to in Topeka. The staff is so knowledgeable and the customer service is spectacular. They always have exactly what I'm looking for and answers to all of my questions! I tell everyone I know to check out this store because not only do they have the best deals on phones and devices, the people that work there really care about their customers and want you to walk away feeling happy about your decision to choose them as a wireless carrier.

I was looking for a new service provider and I had some basic questions and some not so basic. Elizabeth was kind and Patient enough to explain and provide me the answers that I was looking for. As someone who works in customer service, I appreciate her Providing me the same service.

29th and California had bad customers service I called about my phone and the boy hung up on me

Man. Smh. We stood inside for 10 minutes with 0 acknowledgement from staff. They were helping customers but could have acknowledged us. Then a man walked inside straight up to the counter, cut in front of the man that was being helped and said "I gotta go to work" and began his inquires. The staff member just went with it and allowed this to happen while the customer he was helping was pushed to the side and again we were standing there for 10 minutes. Horrible customer service
