Man. Smh. We stood inside for 10 minutes with 0 acknowledgement from staff. They were helping customers but could have acknowledged us. Then a man walked inside straight up to the counter, cut in front of the man that was being helped and said "I gotta go to work" and began his inquires. The staff member just went with it and allowed this to happen while the customer he was helping was pushed to the side and again we were standing there for 10 minutes. Horrible customer service

Store sales representative named Emeer, (spelling may be incorrect), is a thief. Making false claims about the devices in order to get your money. Store manager/owner is rude and incompetent in handling customer complaints and also lies about customers. I have filed complaints with local law enforcement, ins office, homeland security and the BBB. *Message to the owner* next time a customer says your employee will be reported to an agency for the way he did his job you should probably find out what happened and fix the issue instead of making the problem bigger. You as the owner are responsible for damages caused by your employees and I am going to hold you liable. It is your responsibility to "quickly" fix the issues that caused the problems. Like educating your employee about the proper actions in that situation and replacing the device immediately when the issue is about a device that is not working. You have plenty of devices to do this. I'm sure Metro by T-Mobile wouldn't be mad at you for doing what you should anyway. Now they will be mad because you are giving metro by T-Mobile a bad review

My phone has randomly lost data connection for over a month. ? I've gone to other stores to fix the problem only to be told I have to call customer service or my insurance. Angela took care of me the first time I went to the store and a new phone is on the way! ♥️ THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Recived the best customer service! Elizabeth took the time to show me how to work my phone and was a very sweet girl. Angela was also very nice and answered all my questions. Angela helped my daughter and gave her a great deal on a new phone! 10/10 would recommend this place ,great prices and deals!

Angela and Elizabeth make my life alot easier everytime I come in here either for help with my phone or just to keep them company they are definitely one of the reasons I love metro and continue to come back to this store!!!

It was memorial day and I went into store to purchase my son a new phone. The person (Elizabeth) helped my son and I. She never said hello. Can I help you? We got nothing. She never smiled. Yes she had a mask on but you can tell when someone smiles. She acted like she hated being there. I pay my bill every month and have had service for 4 years. I expect great customer service but that day I got none. If you want me to go elsewhere i will. This girl needs a new attitude and if she hates her job. Quit!! Fyi i work retail also and if i acted like her at my job i would be in so much trouble. Sorry not sorry!!!

The young hispanic boy had a unique name that escapes me, but he deserves all the credit in the world as a Customer Service rep. Any cc company would benefit greatly from having him on their team! He was friendly and personable along with being professional and knowledgeable about not only the phones that we purchased but about every single thing in the store we asked him about ... And we can be that customer who has 5,000 questions about every minute detail. He handled the entire thing with ease. I'd not only refer friends to shop here but I'd strongly suggest to his employers that he deserves a raise and that they work hard to keep this employee happy so that they ensure they keep this employee. 5+ star performance! Thank you.

My experience with Metro has been awesome there is an employee by the name of axel who has been helping me through this tough time for me and my family I recently lost my wife and a mother of four children on the 31st of March due to a seizure while I was at work and I came home and I found her and it was already too late so it's been rough for me and the kids but axle at Metro has been a great help so thank you Axel for everything
