I had an appt at 8am for an oil change and to determine what was wrong with my radio and service a recall. I dropped my car off the night before so it was there when they opened. I tried calling around 11am to see what they found out, no answer so I left a msg. Then tried texting the # they sent me no response. I called again that afternoon no response. I live 30 minutes away and had to arrange for a ride to get my car. Finally at 5:00 they called, they got the oil changed but hadn’t determined what was wrong with the radio. At 5:39 they finally called and said I could pick up my car. Well at that point I had no ride so my car stayed at the dealers until the following morning. I have no idea if they fixed the recall issue because it wasn’t on the receipt and the attendant also didn’t know, but assumed it was done. I asked them to give me the model number of the radio and they were unable to, yet the St Joseph Mo dealer was able to using my vin #. Long story short I will not take my car back. The good news they didn’t charge me, but I want reliable service.

I was very unhappy with the communication. A part took a long time to come in and when I thought I would only have my car at the dealership for a few days, it turned into a week. People didn’t return my phone calls, and it was very hard to get through to anyone.

Took over 2 weeks to get a warranty issue resolved. Had to physically drive down and speak to people face to face twice because would not answer calls or emails. But Lawrence Hyundai where I purchased the new vehicle from could not even get me in to look at the vehicle for 3 weeks. So still deciding on Hyundai for sure. Love the Palisade Limited but not so much the service departments.

I totaled my car and had to do some unexpected car shopping. Even though I lived an hour away Daniel worked with me via text sendings me options based on my price range and features wanted. The videos and links were major time savers and helped tremendously in making decisions before my long drive to view and test drive in person! Thank you!

The purchase of my vehicle was pleasant and smooth. It was after the sale that things went down hill. There was some damage that was being repaired as part of the sale. Prior to me picking up the vehicle the car was taken to the body shop to get the parts ordered. 2-3 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I called. Instead of just owning up and saying the parts hadn't been ordered I got the run around. It wasn't until I was standing in front of them that they said they just ordered the parts and they would be in in 5 days. Again, 2 weeks later, I hadn't heard from them so I called to see if the parts were in. They were in, no one bothered to call. I set the date to drop the car off and reminded them that they said I would get a loaner. I dropped off the car at 8am and.... no loaner. Body shop doesn't handle the loaner, the dealership does. Front desk called the dealership but salespeople aren't there until 9a. She spoke with someone in the repair shop who said they would check and get back. 20 min later no call back, everyone just kept going about their day with no indication they were actively trying to solve the issue. I take my car and leave. At 10am my salesperson calls and informs me it was my fault there wasn't a loaner ready because I was supposed to call him and tell him when I was dropping off the car. At no time was I told it was my responsibility to babysit this situation that was part of the sale. I still have one service left that was part of the sale. I don't have high hopes. They really fail at customer service after the sale.

Sean was super helpful. The entire staff was very friendly and not at all pushy. They helped me find the right car for my family. Most importantly they were very upfront with the negotiations and helped me ensure the best deal for my family and I. Would recommend anyone that wants a good car buying experience go to Laird Noller

Service was good but the price of labor is insane. Part was $140.00 labor was $1200.00 for a supposedly a 6 hour job yet my appointment was at 7:30 am and I didn’t get a call to get my until 4:30 pm. I also had to wait 3 weeks to get in . Service managers were very nice.

I have now bought 2 brand new vehicles from Noller Hyundai in Topeka just last Saturday a 2023 Santa Fe Limited with Howard Cherry as my salesman. He was great to work with both times & they all worked together to make the process go smoothly! Definitely the best car buying experience I've dealt with.

I love the Hyundai but the service and customer support I have received during and since purchase is underwhelming at best.Most recently I was charge a handling fee for using a Credit card to make payment for services totaling nearly $100. I understand service charges for small purchases but not ones for $100, especially after I paid for shop fees of nearly $8 for an oil change.

We were very well taken care of! Sean, the salesman, was very personable and did a great job of making me feel like he was helping in a genuine way. The manager was also very gracious and took great care of us. I definitely plan on looking here first the next time I look into buying a high quality vehicle with a great warrant and great price! Also, Dylan in the Service Center bent over backwards to do everything he could to help out as well. Would definitely recommend.

Car problems are the worst and I was actually very pleased with my experience. I only have one car and a kiddo and not having a car is very inconvenient. Dylan was very helpful he put me on the waiting list for a loaner and helped me understand what was going on with my car and was very nice while doing it. I appreciate the service i received. I would recommend Topeka Hyundai!

They have been awesome!! Bought a palisade from a different dealership ..still intransits on it and they treated me in the service dept like I had bought it there...(which I wish I had but...anyway) they were on time super personable and getting me fixed up as soon as the parts are in!! Thanks Brett and the service manager(can't remember his name)
