“The people who assisted me were extremely kind and helpful. I was looking for a specific kind of tree to replace a tree that did not survive the summer. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient. I was able to find the tree I wanted and then dealt with a young man, who was also knowledgeable and patient. Finally, I talked with a gentleman who had helped me last spring. All said, it was a very good experience, I purchased a tree and arranged to have it planted.”

“A little higher in price, but the quality of lumber is much better. Lumber from Lowes and Home Depot always warp on me if not used within a few days. Some warped so bad it was no longer useable. Lumber from Sutherlands sat in the sun for 2 weeks and never warped or bowed. They also have some items no one else in Topeka carries. One example is they carry the size of furnace filter I need when no other place, not even heating and AC professionals, carry. My normal AC person could not even order the correct size for me. Service is also much better than I have experienced elsewhere. Always someone to help me load anything I need help with while other places never provide loading help.”

“I like Home Depot; good customer service and BEHR paint is an excellent product. Also, they have their mis-tinted paint available for purchase for all customers, unlike Sherman Williams who sell their mis-tints to a select few. Will not buy from Sherman Williams any more.”

“Normally I have no issues with finding what I need on this visit however I couldn't find the item and I looked for some help from an employee. Eventually I found one who gave me wrong info and I ended up leaving empty handed then found out they did have the item I was looking for after all. Had someone else go back the next day and they found the item. No big issue it just took 2 trips. Otherwise I'm happy with Home Depot.”

“My wife and I bought a house this last year that needs alot of help. It's that time of the year to get ready to get a jump on spring projects and our new yard is a big one so we've been spending alot of money and time in the local garden departments but we fave found we get the best customer care and products from our local Home Depot. They know us there now and we feel good about going to our local Home Depot to buy all of our home needs and it has alot of needs! We think our Home Depot is a great place with really helpful people”
