This old dude Jim or John was extremely disrespectful and discriminatory. Claimed he was a veteran but proved he was lying. I went to pick up parts for a body shop for my vehicle the owner was standing beside me literally telling this guy what he needs. Should of been tax exempt but the guy Jim at o reilly said because he don't know who I am and he's never seen me at his "neighbors " thst he's charging me. Then thier district manager damien is a joke these people truly truly don't care about you they literally only want money. Go to advance auto i swear way better service

Went' inside to look for parts. And they were helpful. Was there for parts and the pricing that was online, was not available in the store.

I usually have a good experience, but I went in and spoke to a man and told him what I needed and asked if he could put the light bulb in too.Wweellllllllll, my light still wasn't working.Hhhmmm, took it to a mechanic and the man did not change the RIGHT BULB!!!!!!Mind you, I told him, so I go back and pay another $29.??, but this time a different man and the right bulb!!!!!I'll just stick to regular men that I'm use to seeing work in the store for now on!!!! Out of an unnecessary $29.?? ??????
