I came in on 8/24/24 for missing fender liner push rivets on both sides of my Toyota Corolla. Ross offered to come out and look at it and noticed that I was also missing a push rivet connecting the fender liner to the car body, and the liner was also partially broken. Ross thought of couple ideas for how to avoid having to buy a new fender liner from Toyota, and David also helped brainstorm. Ultimately Ross installed a nut and bolt in place of the rivet connecting the liner to the body. This is more durable than the original push rivet. Overall I was very happy with how helpful they were and it took about 45 minutes.

Terrible customer service from Kyle. Wasn’t super helpful, didn’t seem interested in answering my questions at all, and overall pretty snarky. Was ready to spend the $200 until that interaction!
