I went with my family and were giving the wrong appetizer which we eventually just decided not the get, but the worst part was a large creepy man sitting alone staring at me as I ate. I am however grateful for the free dessert they gave us for the

Really slow service. And the mushrooms are more like cheese with mushrooms.

Hadn't been to Paisono's in many yrs. Can't really say why but, it won't be that long before the next visit! Still great food, great service, great people & a quiet, enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you!

Way too much sauce on the 15 layer lasagna. Should be a light sauce option. Would have been great if they used less sauce it just over powered the lasagna.

Went in with my fiance sat there for 30 minutes made eye contact with multiple waitress and they wouldn't even come get us drinks. Terrible service and that was our first time going. So we ended up leaving without service and the same waitress that seen us sitting and waiting said "thanks for coming" that was very unprofessional. We will not return.

Topeka has a lot of great food options, but sadly Italian is not a well represented cuisine. I was hoping that Paisano's would be a welcome remedy, but it was as disappointing a restaurant experience I've had without any major food safety concerns. The food was as Americanized as you could get, with proportions clearly out of balance. I got the Marco Polo, a dish with chicken and veggies in an almond cream sauce on top of fettuccine. The sauce had no almond notes, tasting like an Alfredo missing its cheese. The main complaint was the salad bowl amount of pasta was accompanied by (maybe?) 4 oz. of chicken, making it a confusing dish at best. My wife's lasagna wasn't even up to Stouffer's standards of excellence, and our server said maybe ten words to us the entire service. I'm sad to say that our journeys for good Italian food will still involve driving to Kansas City until something better comes along.

With all due respect everyone else at our table had dishes that looked amazing however I ordered the Margherita Pizza.. Let me tell you Pizza was bland and quite possibly one of the worst ones I've ever had. With that being said I'd give it another chance and try something else on the menu.

Hate to say it, salad and cheese cake were the best part. Taste of italy, was lacking of flavor, it looked a lot better than it tasted. Spinach artichoke dip looked amazing, lacked the flavor. Salad crisp and delicious. Cheesecake creamy and delightful.

Their manicotti was really good. Wasn't that long of a wait to get a table. Food was hot. Will be going back again sometime.

Waited a hour and half for my food that was cold and tasted like nothing. Salad was the only good thing.

Great authentic Italian cuisine. Sauces are satisfying in all of their options. Perry Commo, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, and many other classic Italian artists piped through the dining area for that back home feel. One of the few places in town with Campari. Each visit has been a virtual tour of Italy through a well designed menu.

We placed a catering order from Paisano's for a holiday party at our home and everything was delicious! The ordering process was easy, our order was ready on time, everything was exactly as we ordered it, and the food was perfect! Many of our guests told us they loved the food. We definitely plan to order from them again for future parties!
