I showed up thinking I would need to buy a new windshield wiper motor, and instead the man in the office quickly identified that it was only a loose nut and he fixed it on the spot, no charge. I'm definitely going to use this shop for everything in the future thanks to the simple honesty that displays.

I’ve dealt with dozens, if not hundreds of auto repair shops over my lifetime and NO ONE has been as perfect as Paramount. Jerry is the most honest auto repair shop owner I’ve ever met; he has proven his honesty to me on 3 different occasions. And then of course; also highly knowledgeable, skilled and proficient but what I love the most is how incredibly low his pricing is. I read two bad reviews and I can tell you those people are dead wrong. I don’t even believe them because I have had him work on my vehicles on multiple occasions with multiple problems and he has never done anything but be perfect in how he has diagnosed, priced and fixed them. Doesn’t come across as the friendliest guy, but I could care less about that, he is extremely nice and affordable and knowledgeable. I cannot give a high enough recommendation.

Honesty is the best policy. I had a very disappointing experience with this place this past week. This place was recommended to me by Brown's (I had previously gotten work done on my car by Brown's but they have dropped their services to brakes and oil only) I took my car in for very concerning noises that sounded like structural issues within the car's frame or perhaps CV issues. I'm not the professional, but I knew what I was hearing was not safe and certainly not right. There was also screeching that sounded like a bad belt.The staff seemed to have no definitive answer on what the problem could even be and offered a hefty list of wildly different issues these noises could potentially be with absolutely no direction on what I should do. But ASSURED me there was no safety issues and my car was fine to drive. They replaced the bad belt after investigating the side of the engine I said the sound was coming from and sent us on our way. Immediately after picking up the car, the sounds were more severe and new sounds appeared that sounded like the bottom of my car was loose and falling apart. I then took my car to Automotion who IMMEDIATELY told us before even putting the car on a lift that our frame was rusted out and that our car was dangerous to drive. Our car is now totaled due to this frame damage and Paramount didn't even have the decency of giving us an inkling that that was the problem. They charged us nearly $200 for a belt we can't even use because the car is now junk. I will not be returning to this place and will warn my friends and family to stay away.
