We've been trying to get ahold of some one for a good 30 mins to an hour it's hot the truck is not working and no one is answering the phone we were even sent on a goose chase to find another penske and to no avail we found none this is terrible customer service

I use Penske trucks for all my long distance moves to save wear and tear on my box truck. The customer service is outstanding, and they go above and beyond every time for me.
