I can't thank the entire team at Phoenix enough for making it possible for my mom to spend her final days in the comfort of her home. The entire team (director, nurses, social worker, chaplain) were unbelievably kind, caring, responsive, and supportive. I would highly recommend their services.

The Phoenix PT/OT teams have been amazing to my father. They're extremely responsive and communicate constantly with me. I live 5 hours away and it's good to know he's in good hands when they visit him. Charlene and Mary deserve lots of praise and raise. Highly recommend Phoenix for anyone who may need home health.
