A fantastic variety of popular brand clothing for all ages. We always leave with great choices that have even greater value.

Don't waste your time. Abysmal selection of men's clothing, shoes are literally cracked and missing a majority of tread not to mention the inflated near-new prices for dry rotted and pilled fabrics. Even worse on (3/7) I was in the store when a "grown man" (pathetic egotistical man child is more accurate) who I later found out is the owner of this location raise his voice and berate a younger female employee. Disappointing to say the least.

Please dont give this women your money. Give to the homeless you can actually use the assistance. These grave robbers need nothing more.

Some good finds, but there is a lot of bad quality stuff from Shein. When I thrift, I want to find things that are made to last, not fast fashion that won't make it after 2-3 wears.

I understand things go out of style and only a certain amount will be taken, but the customer service was not it. Nobody explained the process nor provided guidance or information besides how long it would take. The girl who checked us out was very sweet, but the rest were very much lacking customer service. It was giving “mean girls” and that is not how any business should have employees representing them.

By far the most hostile shopping experience I have ever had. Walking into the store you are greeted with glares, the employees feel straight out of mean girls , and the place smells. I recommend just going to a goodwill or savers.

Don’t waste your time! Said it would take 30 to 45 minutes maximum to look through our clothes and it took an hour and thirty minutes. They passed on everything and we’re very rude saying the items had stains when they were brand new name brand with tags. They also said they don’t take Ralph Lauren yet we see clothes from SHEIN and Walmart in their racks.

I mentor women behind bars. I drove 3 hours to pick up a woman at Topeka correctional facility who had been incarcerated 19 years. I brought her here to buy clothes for her new journey in life. The selection was amazing and we found some pretty good deals-but-the girls behind the counter were not so nice. We loved the store itself but not the service.

No new Ross dress for less clothes (not worn once), brand new scrubs nor $400 faux fur coats taken for sale. But will still sell you their items..No thanks. Great customer service though!

It’s been quite a few months since I went in to try to sell some men’s Levi’s. I stood in line, not knowing I was supposed to go to the other counter. They didn’t explain the process at all. I felt they gave off a very rude vibe. And they certainly didn’t pay much for the pair they bought. Their prices are high dollar. You can buy the items they sell in another store new, for what they charge for used. I was going to bring in some of my brother in laws clothes my sister needed to give away. But after reading the description about clothes for teen, I know now I shouldn’t waste my time. I’ll go donate them instead.

They never buy my clothes. I had a pair of Alexander McQueen leather shoes worn twice that they claimed were out of style but they had all kinds of holes on shelf in that size. Not to mention several pairs were time & tru brand sold at Walmart. There was not one blazer in the place but those are not trending so mine were denied. Do they only hire HS aged girls as buyers? That would explain a lot otherwise they buy from certain ppl (besties or self) regardless of what is brought in.

If you're plus size dont even bother going in the store. Even if you did find something they want new prices for their used items. Might as well go buy it new. This place is not plus size friendly.

Used to work here so I know what they accept and the qualifications for clothes. Went in with new styles of shirts and pants, some shoes as well. They told me they passed on stuff because of older style and it’s not in their inventory…I'm sorry I bought a majority of what was in that basket from them (one of the items still had the tag on it). Obviously they took the shoes I brought in (roughly $200 worth of shoes) and offered $46 for them. The staff was also giving me horrible nasty looks the entire time I was trying to pay out. My friend also went there with her boyfriend and the staff was giving her nasty looks while star gazing at her boyfriend.
