I rented a movie on 10th of November and returned it on the next day. While balancing my check book there was a debt for $ 37.00 from Redbox. They are charging me for the movie, claiming I never return it ? When I call to tell them what had happen, of course they said I was the last one to rent that movie. That was my first and last time using Redbox! So if you rent from Red box, beware. !! If this happens to you, they will not refund your money.
